
Joanne manager is rude! She an asian old lady. Never shopping here again it’s so sad they have poor customer service. I worked in Retail and never have I treated anyone like Joanne treated me today. They don’t even deserve one star. I bought a dress 2 days ago reason why was because of dressing rooms being closed due to quarantine. Got home tried it on didn’t fit me. Returned it Joanne wouldn’t exchange it due to having a stain you couldn’t even see (that I didn’t make). She said no because I probably wore it over the weekend and now I’m trying to return it. Also said she doesn’t sell stained clothes. She started yelling at me all rude it’s embarrassing people behind me in the line are hearing her go off. Me very respectfully and polite as I was raised by my parents advised her I just tried it on at home. Where am I even going if we’re in quarantine no club is open!!! She tells me to bring it back after I wash it and she will consider an exchange. First of all I’m dam sure that’s not true! At the end after discussing with her and advising her she should be kind and not treat me rude because I gave her no reason to talk down on me as if I was no one ! I don’t care if she’s the owner she shouldn’t speak to any human being in a rude way. Even her worker was scared of saying anything she told me no one talks to her unless if it’s important because she’s rude in general. I showed her another shirt in the store that was more stained than the one I purchased and asked her “I thought you don’t sell stained clothes?” She told me to leave her alone because I’m just wasting her time . I’m not the one to be combative but I’ve never encountered someone like her in my life and I’m dam sure not going to let myself be talked to like that if I didn’t do anything wrong. So I told her “The only reason why I’m wasting your time is because your rude and you shouldn’t be talking like that to me or any other customers who comes here with good intentions.” I walked away I’m never coming back to this store it’s so sad I was just looking to purchase a nice dress because I was planning on going out after quarantine was over. I’ve been working in the medical field for long hours and being at the hospital is so chaotic but never have I treated anyone bad because I know we are all human beings no one is more than...

When I asked why the attitude got even worse stating the shirt was dirty.
