I took my ring in to have a ruby replaced. Not only did Robert order the ruby and set it as requested by me, he went above and beyond and deep cleaned and polished it for me as well. I swear my ring looked better when I picked it up than the day it was purchased!! I was expecting it to take a bit longer than "normal" because of the COVID-19 going on, which Jasmine warned me about the shipping possibly delaying delivery to the store. Even with all this happening I was able to pick up my beautiful ring up in just a few short days, in fact I would not have been able to tell there were any delays. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five Stars all the way!!! Today was my lucky day finding this amazing shop! Walking in you can tell this was a genuine repair shop (machines, polishers, tools etc), and when he walked out with the goggles on and a smile to greet I knew this was THE place. Was treated like family and with a quickness and ease this fine craftsman told me what I knew (and other shops lied about having broken prongs and $$$$ to send away to fix) that the stone in my wedding ring just got loose and was able to be tightened. In a jiffy he fixed and polished it to a brilliant new shine!! I'm so elated to have found R&J and totally recommend anyone in need of repair or any other jewelry...

If I could give 10 stars, I would. This place deserves nothing less. The owners are down to earth and quick to help with any problem you have with anything revolving around jewlery/watches. Great prices and quick turnaround on fixes. I love the fact that they are local and I get the chance to support them. I will not go anywhere else for such work to be done, especially considering how knowledgeable they are. Whether the pieces you want fixed are sentimental or just really expensive, they treat them all as if they are priceless with such care.
