I'm new to writing online reviews. Since I do use them in selecting products and services I feel very bad that I have not done this earlier,
Renewed Medical Health, Svetlana and her staff have been my family's Primary Care Providers for over Three Years now. In all that time I have never encountered anything less than enthusiastic service. Our first visit was almost from desperation. Years of trying to get Professional and Caring Medical assistance from the typical Medical Care System left us at wit's end. My wife has Secondary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis. Regular Doctors and Neurologists just wanted to write prescriptions with terrible side effects or just said "Oh, You Have SPMS". Sorry there's nothing we can do. The first Visit with Svetlana changed that and much more. She started with a comprehensive and detailed blood report and set out to get my wife's bodily chemicals back in order. With Hormone and other vitamin issues Svetlana worked up a package to begin correcting this. NO other Medical Professional "Doctor" would even look into this.
Within a short period of time we started getting results. Increased energy, better sleep, fewer and less severe shooting nerve pains. Swallowing and speech improved and better cognitive abilities followed. Better continence and after a new set of pellets she just has noticeably better well being, To healthy people these don't sound very impressive but for a MS patient it's huge!
After several months, Svetlana had explained to me that I too could benefit from some of the treatments they offered. My transformation was totally unexpected. I thought I was just fine but Man, was I mistaken. With Testosterone Replacement Therapy, my 60 plus year old frame changed. First the energy level was awesome. Then with exercise and a better diet I now have the energy of my early thirties plus I've never been in better shape as I am today.
Guy's, You don't need to go to a Men's Clinic for this. Plus sharing the treatments along side your significant other is a whole level better as well. Renewed Medical Health can do life changing for both men and women. My Daughter and another friend of the family also get these treatments here and none of us would ever consider going back to the status que.
I've seen some of the less than great reviews and know people who have not had the same experience as myself. In some cases I think preconceived notions come into play and the cost of these treatments are not Cheap. It's interesting that the Typical Medical Insurance Industry will not cover a lot of the these services that Renewed Medical Health can provide. Some of the people who I've sent in were not happy having to pay out of pocket but for the increased energy, sense of well being and increased productivity the cost are well worth it for me. I also enjoy out performing my much younger employees and friends.
What Svetlana and her staff can do has been life altering. Its a powerful thing to give people in need both hope and results. I can't recommend this...
Read moreI Iâm writing this review on behalf of my wife. We had all but given up on ever finding a medical facility that could chart a path back to health for my dear wife. Weâve been married 42 years and you wouldnât believe it by seeing us now but the first 20 years were the most amazing years any couple could ask for. Then on July4 2003 she became ill and we rushed to the ER. She underwent a radical hysterectomy and we thought that after recovery, life would go on. To many women this would have been devastating in itself but we already had three children and having more children wasnât in our plans anyhow. In hindsight we should have known about hormone depletion and other debilitating health conditions that were on the horizon. Over the last 23 years my poor wife has degenerated so badly that I have all but given up on her ever having quality of life again. Her body is wrecked with disease. Osteoporosis, thyroid and obesity. Where were the doctors? Donât think we just sat around and let this go unnoticed. Sheâs seen dozens of doctors in the past 23 years. All they have done is write hundreds of prescriptions and although my wife has continually mentioned her hormones, they all give the same reaction. A blank stare and just a referral to another pain management clinic. No one has even ever suggest that she lose weight or cut down on the sugar. Of course, we know that as we are both adults, but it is an addiction and the doctors offered no help. I have listened to the radio advertisements for renewed medical health for a long time now and when my adult children started asking what was going on with mom and said she looked like she was going to die. I pulled myself out of my own depression and made an appointment. Itâs been less than a month and she has new motivation. Her test came back with the worst possible hormone and testosterone/estrogen readings you could ever get. As a husband, I knew never to mention anything about the weight and Iâd love her if she was 500 pounds as long as she felt good. But the staff at renewed medical health has treated her like sheâs never seen in any doctors office before. Itâs only been a few weeks, but sheâs already lost, almost 8 pounds and they started her on treatments. I passed by her in the laundry room the other day and said something that wasnât necessarily funny but her response to me had a little bit of a laugh to it and I almost cried because I have not heard my wife laugh in over 20 years. I donât know if the medications and treatments would work this quick, but there is a new spark about her. She has a glow that I havenât...
Read moreI strongly advise against this clinic. The experience was shockingly unprofessional. When I arrived, they casually mentioned their IV specialist wasnât even in that day. That left me wonderingâwho exactly administered my IV? Was the person even qualified? Based on the poor quality of the IV, I have my doubts. For the price, youâre much better off at a legitimate medical clinic where licensed professionals actually prioritize patient care.
But hereâs where it gets worse. After leaving an honest review, the clinic immediately called me, aggressively demanded I take it down, then hung up on me. Instead of addressing my concerns, they went into full damage-control mode, proving that criticism is something they canât handle professionally.
Their response to my review falsely claimed I was a "liability"âwhich is funny, considering they had no problem treating me and taking my payment. If I was such a liability, why was I given an IV in the first place? Either they knowingly treated someone they deemed unsafe (which is wildly unethical) or theyâre lying to save face. Neither option inspires confidence.
They also accused me of "adjusting my IV," which is misleading. In reality, they left a syringe in the line, and I simply pushed it inâa mistake on their part that could have been avoided if they had done their job properly. And as for their bizarre claim that I was "flickering the lights"? I simply turned off a bright light in the room. Why is that a problem? Are they running a nightclub or a medical clinic?
Then thereâs the defamation. Their response falsely claims I smelled like weed and was âoff the rocker.â If this is how they handle dissatisfied patientsâby making up insulting accusationsâimagine how they handle actual medical issues.
This behavior alone should be a massive red flag to anyone considering this place. I have since found a much more professional clinic where staff are actually licensed, IVs are properly administered, and they donât harass customers over bad reviews.
If this clinic continues to falsely accuse me or pressure me to remove this review, I will escalate the matter to Google, consumer protection agencies, and the state medical board. Potential patients deserve to know what kind of place theyâre walking into.
If you value professionalism, patient safety, and honesty,...
