Pharmacy manager Ben was incredibly rude and unprofessional during my attempt to inquire about my prescription. Not only did he raise his voice to me for asking that he keep my profile up long enough to answer all of my questions vs what he was doing which was closing it after each question requiring me to repeatedly give my information, but made it impossible for me to get the information I needed. Had he focused on my call it would have lasted maybe a full minute but instead in was close to 10 just trying to get the information I needed between arguing with Ben. My father was in line to pick up this script and noted that he was rude to him as well, saying he would be with him only to ignore his existance for the next 10 minutes not even glancing up from his computer. Instead of telling the truth about actually being out of the common pain medication I am taking, the person that answered yesterday blamed the set back on our Dr. We called him and this was not the case. Then talking with the pharmacy this morning they blamed not having my prescription ready on my insurance. So we called them. The pharmacy has not yet called them to even get approval. The actual pharmacist helped finally. She was very kind in explaining that they had not received the medication. If this was the case, why weren’t we just told the truth. This is the second time they have not been prepared to handle our business. I have never had this much trouble with a pharmacy. To the female employee there that made it harder to do anything, and I will tell you it’s hard for me to do anything at this point, I hope you have the day...

Dr. MCCRACKEN @ Tucson Safeway Pharmacy did an amazing job today helping me and my elderly parents get our flu shots!! He was severely understaffed (literally no help) and yet he was incredibly calm, efficient and helpful. I’m voting him my most valuable “front line health care worker!” Thank you Dr. MCCRACKEN.
