I really do like coming here this place is relatively new to Tucson within the last year so that I know of. Buy favorite drink that I always get is the iced Irish coffee it just has a wonderful taste and I really do think the coffee taste better than Starbucks. He can also get an extra shot of espresso for only $0.80 more. The drive-thru here is really fast... I go to this specific location quite a bit because it is convenient to me. It is right on the corner of Campbell and Broadway so it's easy to see. I usually recommend going to the drive-through because it is faster unless you want to sit down and enjoy your coffee and maybe study or do some paperwork or just sit in quiet. They do have a nice patio on the outside that has a huge umbrella that gives you good shade but usually during the summer it's too hot to sit out there but spring and fall and warm winter days are perfect sit out there. The inside area is relatively small I think they only have about five or six tables they do have a large table in the back for group studies or bigger parties. The reason I say it's better to go to the drive-thru is because when you go inside they definitely give priority to the drive-through and you could find yourself standing at the counter for quite some time before they find time to break away from the drive-thru to take your order but it's not that big of a deal I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes before they were able to get my order. The staff here is usually very cheery they try to make small talk with you and you're always smiling and their upbeat so I really like that and it is a relatively younger staff so they have lots of energy. The cool thing is they also carry pastries from local cafes instead of just buying from a supplier. They have more than just coffee they have some juices and some infused Waters of different kinds of flavors but they don't have that big...
Read moreFirst time guest to this establishment. I utilized the drive thru for my recent visit. I found the building exterior clean and in well maintained working order. Unfortunately I encountered noticeable difficulty hearing the staff with any degree of clarity on the drive thru intercom, this difficulty was compounded with the numerous aircraft operating overhead. I found the girl running the drive thru operation to be beyond severely socially challenged, bordering on being downright obnoxious and flagrantly rude without justification. Through her aggressive efforts l never felt personally welcomed or remotely valued by this establishment. The girl operating the drive thru made it abundantly clear that my presence at the store and on planet Earth wasn't remotely appreciated at any level. She willfully, deliberately and intentionally went out of her way to make it impossible for me to like her. Very nice product, full bodies and rich in flavor, but any accomplishments in the outstanding product arena were immediately overshadowed and dismissed by the caustically abrasive staff's unwarranted hostilities towards guest. In the end, while I enjoyed the product line, I'm in no immediate rush to ever return. My review is rather straight forward and to the point. Please simply address the problem and spare me from the auto-generated AI response directing me to a third party customer relations vendor, it seriously reduces your creditability when you dismiss comments by...
Read moreIt was OK. I tried the Mai Tai Fuel energy drink (iced) and it had a weird after taste. I wasn't a fan. I was surprised that they had a couple options pertaining to the fuel such as original, sugar free and organic. I'll have to try the coffee drinks and see if those are better. This coffee chain took the place of the previous Starbucks that was in that corner. I read reviews prior to coming and they weren't very good. There was a lot of hype about opening day because they had free drinks all day.
It's about a 7 min drive from the freeway once you get off on Congress. Not sure if I'd go out of my way to come here for a drink again.
They did have a lot of seating outside which is nice but zero shade. We are in AZ and shade is a must. Make sure you wear sunscreen or sit inside -.-
Their point system on their app hasn't been working according to the barista. I downloaded the app beforehand and created an account but she couldn't scan my QR code so I had to provide my phone number at the window to get my points for...
