Sushi-Cho makes great sushi with a wide selection and accommodations for gluten intolerant people. Loved the down home no frills country diner feel with sports TVs playing ESPN and the friendly service staff who were quick to help and bring our dishes. The serving sizes were generous, the fish was good, and all the accoutrements that you would normally find at a sushi restaurant were available, including extra spicy sauces if requested. The standout highlight was the Spicy caterpillar roll with a fresh topping of avocado. We were full and satisfied at the end of our meal. Mandy (or Mardy) our server was particularly helpful and friendly, although everyone there had a smile and happy. I would highly recommend this place if you need a pleasant, easy, casual sushi meal.

I absolutely love this place. The atmosphere, food, beverage selection, and staff are incredible, too! They offer a military discount, they are service dog friendly, and they go above and beyond, pleasing their customers and accommodating our needs. I struggle with mobility, some days worse than others. It's nice to be able to go out and treat myself to a nice meal when I'm in town for a specialist appointment. I know there are some nice people who are thoughtful of those of us struggling to still get out in the community, and I can't thank them enough! You truly are a blessing.

Have been a loyal costumer of Suchi Cho since 1993. Through time, the restaurant has seen renovations and menu expansions, while maintaining their traditional dishes and the freshness, deliciousness and generous portions with their servings. Service is always very cordial and attentive and can’t beat the price. We've tried several other Japanese restaurants in town, but inevitably we keep gravitating back to Suchi Cho. We’re so happy Suchi Cho survived the pandemic, unlike so many other well-known restaurants in town. Thank you, Suchi Cho, for always being so good to our family!

Tastes good, but, I am allergic to rice, so when I go to sushi places, I get hand rolls and specifically say no rice, yet they used it to hold the seaweed paper together, unacceptable. Also neglected to say that their Wasabi has corn flour. I love eel, but most places have it shipped to them with soy sauce already on it, which has gluten/wheat, I asked them if they have it without that, they said yes, but when they served it to me, it DID have it, flakes! When u run a restaurant it is your duty to know the ingredients of ur food. 1 out of 3 people these days has at least 1 dietary restriction, get with the real world. On uber eats this place claims to be allergy friendly 😑, yeah maybe if U R gluten free but not grain free, then it's a lot easier to eat at sushi places, but these people are not as conscious as they think they are, nor are they transparent, caring, or honest. Been here twice, never...

I ordered a California roll, spicy tuna, octopus nigiri, and yakitori as an appetizer.

The yakitori was a bit disappointing. My standard for yakitori is pretty high, but honestly it tastes like Panda Express. Not that Panda Express is awful, just that it wasn't great. This is most of the lost star. The other half is that my appetizer came out after my other food.

Pricing is very good. A dollar per roll during happy hour made my wallet happy. The rest was all decent. I was pleasantly surprised.

As a stupid peeve, the sushi-ya did not いらっしゃいませ anyone when they walked it. That was a little disappointing.

Octopus was good (I have to add the disclaimer "if you like octopus" for anyone who wants to try it.)

Spicy tiny roll was very good....
