the show was alright but there were a few things wrong. upon entering the arena we were told it was open seating then we come to find out gates are locked. staff came out and told us to walk in a certain direction. once people informed them there was no way in they said to walk in another direction. people went to a different set of bleachers WHERE again were told to walk some where else. not once were we told where by SECTION labeling or where not to sit. no one said sit on the west side of arena next to the bigger crowd. just hey dont sit there go some where else. the announcer spoke also about where to sit but the brightness of the lights made it hard to see what he meant, when he pointed. most of the people he were referring to were behind him and didn't know who he was.
the speakers should have been louder as the announcer was asking for the crowd to "give it up" but no one could hear half the time because monster truck motors were revving. announcer should wait for ample time to communicate because he isn't gonna talk over a monster truck. the positioning of the motocross ramp was right next to the lights so once the guy got high up into the air you couldn't tell what he was doing in the air not only that but i have videos with light burn on them it made it impossible to record.
the men's bathroom light was off it was a joy peeing in the dark. literally no one felt like washing there hands in the dark so i didn't either. my girlfriend complained that there was no toilet paper in the woman's restroom. those were our biggest complaints we did have a OK time but it could have been better. I'm considering bring a garb bag of toilet supplies and a flash light next time i go.
it would be nice if in the future the speakers are a lot louder, lighting is more ample and communication with staff is a lot better but I'm not gonna hold my breath. i do believe organized staff can make a better impact especially if something tragic were to happen. i watched people climb fences when they were told to go some where else. some one could got hurt especially when transferring a kid over a large fence. there were definitely plenty of "hefty" kids hopping fences, older people, and...
