These are the worst apartments to live at! There was a sewage backup and the property management refused to hire a contractor and I had to sterilize my whole floor. I had to force management to take the carpet with left over feces out! I went to a hotel for 2 days so my apartment could be taken care of, they didnt take care of the problem, when I came back there was maggots all over the floor from the feces. You have to have current registration or your car will be towed and it cost 220 to get it out! They are infested with roaches. And good luck letting management know what needs to be fixed for months I have been asking for air filters a weather strip for my door, a leaking ceiling, my bedroom other bedrooms and living room all have different flooring and this apt looks so funky! This place is an absolute dump! I was told that when I moved in that they were going to heat up the apartment to kill any sort of bugs in the household, which was not done! Then I was told a week after that they were have an exterminator come, and I waited all day and he never came. And when I went to the office to complain I was told that they already went in, which also never happened. I have taken multiple pictures of the cockroach infestation as proof. The manager Aisha, is childish and very unprofessional. She saw me walk into my house, came and put a notice on it, and sat in her car outside my window honking until I opened the door and retrieved the letter. There is a reason rent is so cheap! I use to live here also place is a nightmare . I had upstairs neighbors water heater blew up sending water through my ceiling and put kitchen roof on my floor . It took them 6 month to fix / come look at damage they acted like it was my fault . I am handicap and they do have handicapped parking but they will tell you to move your car cause they are for regular none handicap people parking . The roaches are a nightmare want ever they use to spray is junk . I got rid of everything I owned when I moved out of that apartment complex , and the place I moved into after this place has not had a roach in it in 2 years . Westlake and its 2 other complexes need to be shutdown . All 3 complexes are right there...
