At 6:24 I ordered 3 pepperoni hot and ready, and 3 Hawaiian pizzas. Told them I would be there around 7:15-7:30 to pick them up. Got there at 7:08 and had to wait for 2 customers ahead of me, no problem. Got to the counter and paid $45 for all 6 pizzas for my granddaughters 13th birthday surprise party. Was told it would be about 15 more minutes. Ok, no problem. Waited about 7 minutes then went back in the store, I was waiting outside, and was told they ran out of ham and I could get extra pineapple, jalapenos, or black olives instead of the ham. I asked if I could order something else and was told they would have to cancel my order and would have to refund my money. I asked if they could put pepperoni instead of the ham on the Hawaiian pizza and was told no they can't. I asked why and was told it was a specialty pizza. I told her that was what I wanted so she refunded my money, with an extra helping of attitude, and rang me up. To my surprise it was almost $4 more! So I told her to just forget the pineapple and I will just take 6 pepperoni pizzas. She randomly me up but I was charged regular price for 3 and charged a higher price for 3. They were all 6 of the pepperoni hot and ready style. Got home and was starting g to dish out the pizza to everyone when I find out 3 were the pepperoni I had asked for and 3 were nothing but pineapple!! I called and Maria, whom was the one I spoke with at the store, told me that I had ordered the 3 with just pineapple. I was now irate! Why the hell would I ask for just pineapple when I didn't want the pineapple without the ham like she first offered. She argued with me then finally gave to call over to Seeing, the assistant manager. She was so apologetic when I told her the entire story. She told me they COULD have replaced the ham they were out of for the pepperoni with out it being an extra cost. She did have me then go back to the store and pick up the 3 pepperoni pizzas I has ordered. Read moreI ordered a few different types of pizza doing a walk in so I could make a special request. The lady that helped me was nice. It took longer than expected which was fine I wasn't in a hurry. However l, when I got home my order was incorrect. I ordered my father's pizza supreme pizza with light sauce and no pepperoni. They had regular amount of sauce with pepperoni on it. Now I have to call them because it's wrong. I spoke with the assistant manager, who was rude and I asked to speak with the manager I was told he was busy too busy for me. As she asked what my order was and I had to repeat myself several times, and I also tried to just give her my order number to make it easier she got ruder and ruder. Her and the employees were talking and laughing at the fact they messed up. She told me to come back and get a new pizza However with her being rude and not taking it seriously bc she also told me to bring her back the other pizza that they messed up, I explained I couldn't come right back I needed to head to work. Now I understand we are all human and make mistakes, also kindness goes a long way, but instead of kindness I got rudeness and was basically called a liar. I do not recommend this place at all especially where managers are rude for their mistakes. What was supposed to make my evening faster and easier for my family and me turned into an epic fail for the night. Next time I'll just go to McDonald's where they are atleast curious if they mess up your order.
