Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Tucson

With it's standardized menu what sets one location apart from the other is it's customer service. Upon entry we were met by perhaps the lamest excuse of service I've ever encountered. To claim that the girl taking our order was disenfranchised and unenthusiastic would be a flattering. After ordering we filled out beverages and attempted to find a remotely clean table. A few minutes later another girl appeared at the counter holding bags of food. She made ZERO effort to call out our order number, additionally since we were the only people in the dining room she made no effort to deliver the order, instead she stood there as if lost in reality waiting for us to retrieve our food. Once we secured our order, she stood against the fryer and played on her phone. While l found the food to be without issue, the lack of positive interaction by the staff makes this visit less then desirable. I don't think I'll ever be coming back to this location. The staff that l encountered acted as if my visit was a total inconvenience to thier uninterrupted access to their phones. I did not feel welcomed or valued here. Additionally since the place was a ghost town upon entry, I'm guessing all of the parked cars directly in front of the building belong to staff, again asserting the disrespectful distain for paying customers. My money spends anywhere and when staff goes out of their way to show me how incredibly inconvenient my business is to them, I'm not very motivated to return. So the Jack in the Box on Mission That used to be my favorite jack in the box. Until recently and tonight was the last straw! I wont ever go there again! So i ordered 2 sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwiches. They hesitantly said um were not doing breakfast tonight. I said ohh? Why not? To which they replied um our grill is not getting hot enough. To which I asked oh? Well then how are you cooking hamburgers and cheeseburgers if your grill is not getting hot enough? They said one grill cooks hamburger but the other grill cooks breakfast and its not getting hot enough to cook sausage!! They told this fish story to me a person that was the head cook for 6 years at a nursing home! So i pulled up to the window and explained this. And explained they are not very good at lying! Why not just be honest? And say we dont want to cook breakfast today. And it was a inconvenience to drive to another jack to get the 2 sandwiches but thats what...

Every time I order food through the mobile app and leave my store (which is in the same shopping center) I literally end up waiting an extra 5-10 minutes for my food to be finished! What's the point of ordering ahead if I still have to wait.

Speaking of waiting, this store should hire someone specifically for the front end orders. I went in and waited 10 minutes standing at the counter with 5 different employees working and nobody bothered to help me. I walked out because it was clear nobody wanted to help a customer.

Managers also need to handle in store reviews/issues/write ups/meetings etc IN PRIVATE. I don't want to listen to a manager and an employee arguing with one another in the public lobby while i'm ordering/eating.
