I have been living here for two years and it's been terrible, but this month is the straw that broke the camel's back. I'm not always exactly on time with rent, but it gets paid regardless, EVERY TIME late fees and all. I have a toddler and a wife that is pregnant. My wife and I have both not been working due to covid-19, especially because we are both high risk (her being pregnant and me being immunocompromised) for almsot the entire month of March. and whatever money we had before we stopped working was to buy food and medical supplies so that we can obey the GOVERNMENT MANDATE to stay home and stop the spread. Nobody has a job right now, nobody is getting paid, but somehow the management at plaza del Sol still gets to keep their job and demand rent be paid regardless. I've had multiple late notices and evictions put on my door even though they know of my family's situation, but surprisingly nobody is ever at the office or there to take phone calls regarding the situation. I guess they get to enjoy the stay at home order and the tenants either have to pay up or get out .This is a national emergency and these people are wanting to put families on the street just to make a buck, when this is a time where people should be working together until this outbreak has passed. Everything else you read in these reviews are true, but this issue has yet to be posted here. Renting here is pointless because you have to pay rent on your house AND to the park for your space. And if you own your house outright, management will constantly treat you like garbage just to get you to move out so they can take your home and rent it out for their own profit. Many of my neighbors are out of work as well due to the outbreak and many have been given eviction notices as well. This place is a sinking ship. AVOID LIVING HERE AT ALL COSTS. Management here are disgusting human beings and care more about the money in their own pocket rather than the saftey and well being of the families that live here. Can't wait to see how all these tenants are supposed to be evicted when we physically CANNOT PAY RENT AT THIS TIME. Wish I could give this place negative stars. I’ve been living here for a little over two years now and it has been the worst experience starting with the fact that they absolutely do not comply with the fair housing act. The water and electricity being shut off for several hours, several times a month with no warning ( for 2 years straight literally EVERY MONTH ). I’m reading these reviews and the same issue has been going on for over 4 years. Tell me how is it that the pipes have been being replaced for 4 years ???? Security is very disrespectful and harass residents. For example they will bang on your doors and windows for long periods of time if they think that you’re home in regard to signing a letter being delivered (the date on the letter never matches the delivery date). Very rude to guests that come to visit you. Many times I’ve come home or looked out the window and security is parked outside my house for long periods of time, will take off if noticed which is extremely weird and uncomfortable considering I’m a single woman living here I am no threat at all. Security walks up on you at any time of the day/night. Will walk up to your car late at night which is completely unacceptable. Anytime an issue is brought to owners attention they make it a point to make your stay a living hell! Only way to express concerns to the office is through letter which they do not respond to either. The office is always closed and in the 2 years of me living here they have NEVER answered the phone, voicemail is always full. The list just goes on and on. THE LIGHT IS OUT AGAIN!!!!! Been out since 8:22AM 97 degrees out and will continue to get hotter!! What about the elderly or children that live here where it is essential for them to have electricity!!!!!!!!!!!! This place is horrible the light and water are often out and when you call to get some type of bill adjustment for inconvenience for food that goes bad. The office ladies are rude say it out of the control when it is not if the place was kept maintained the equipment would not fail. This place needs to use the money that is not being adjusted for the inconvenience, to purchase new equipment. This is a break of the contract that is signed when you enter to live here because as a resident here you sign a contract that you will pay your bill on time, and they sign a contract to provide what we pay for and in this case it is not!!! TEP who has outages are with you and adjust your bill and have updates on when you can expect your light to come back. When you call Plaza even if its during business hours they do not pick up they dont want to deal with the residents here!!! If there is anyway that corporate is reading this PLEASE leave a number so we can call!!! This needs to be resolved quickly!!! This cannot be happening...
