Don't get me wrong, I love this store. I've been here many times and they have gotten a lot of my money over the years at both the old locations as well as this one...but I have three small children and this place doesn't have a bathroom. They say you "might" go to the gas station down the road, but it's not realistic to pack up everyone and go do that in the middle of shopping. You guys need a customer bathroom. Btw I would be glad to elaborate on the experience I had with my three year old peeing in the ditch near the end of your parking lot today if you would like to contact me. Edit: they actually opened a customer bathroom which is smart on their part. People can shop longer, and spend more. Thank you for responding to this. BE CAREFUL WHEN BUYING THEIR "WARRANTY" PLANS. THE SALES PEOPLE LIE OR ARE VERY UNEDUCATED.

I bought multiple furniture sets when I moved into my house 4 years ago and the sales woman offered their 5 year warranty and obviously I took the time to ask what was covered since I just had my son and i wanted to make sure it was worth my money. I was told anything except pet damage. I even brought up urine damage because potty training was eventually going to happen. The item that matters for the review is a 3 seat dark brown reclining sofa. My now 4 year old son pooped thru his potty training shorts. After much effort of cleaning and deodorizing over 3 days there was still a weird gross kind of sweet smell. Anyways, since there wasn't a visible stain they denied my claim and refuse to honor the warranty. BE CAREFUL! Especially parents. I've been in this store so many times, even when they are still in kent, but this time is my first time to encounter rude and lazy staff in the cashier(black and chubby lady), she started scanning my stuff without telling me she dont have bags, and when i ask for bag she said i dont have one, but the next cashier has a lot of bags and even helping customers to bag their stuff, so i ask the lazy lady why cant she have those bags too or can she get some from the other cashier, and she said you can get some if you want, so i grab some bags and while im putting my stuff in my bag she still keeps talking, saying im not supposed to do the bagging too, where in im already doing it, you dont have to be rude and keep on talking lady, i didnt even ask for help because i know how lazy you are.
