We went on Super Bowl Sunday. My friends and I had no interest in the Super Bowl at all. Plus, we had another reservation (activity) at 3:30. I've (we've) never been here before. We wanted to try something new, so we planned to meet here a few weeks prior at 1:00. I arrived at 1:00 and they were still a few minutes away. I stood in line at the door for about 10 minutes. It was a slow moving line, and looking in from the door, it seemed relatively empty inside. I'm puzzled, so I'm watching the entrance process of the people in front of me. I see a man with a clipboard, I overheard people being asked to put a credit card on hold and an entrance fee being requested. I almost walked out thinking, "What kind of restaurant makes you put a CC on file before you even get seated?" Again, I knew it was Super Bowl Sunday, but I was completely oblivious to the fact that it had anything to do with Twin Peaks. I soon put two and two together. So as soon as I was greeted, I said, "A table for three please, but we're not here for the superbowl...just to eat" (which was true). The receptionist gave a brief hesitation asking how long we would need to eat? I said we have an activity, elsewhere, planned at 3:30, so we wanted to stay, eat, and visit until the latest 3:00. Before she seated me (my friends were still outside, parking), she said we "may" be asked to leave at 2:30 IF we were not still actively eating. I said ok, looked at my watch, it's about 1:15, I figured we should be done eating by 2:30, but thought to myself, we'll see. We were seated. Soon after, we ordered our drinks, appetizers, and food. The timings of the services were great. Drinks were delicious, and the food was very well-prepared. The atmosphere was relatively quiet (not many people here) and had many TVs, all with different sports shows on them. We were gazing at the different screens while we were eating and visiting. A short while later, all the tvs were all changed to the pre-game stadium scenes and commercials. Around 2:15 or so, we were asked (by our waitress) if we were staying for the game. We said no. She said, "ok. I just wanted to make sure you had a place to sit if you did." I'm guessing this was the prelude to paying the cover charge. In fairness of this review, it WASN'T asked of us. Moments later, we get the check. We paid and continued to finish our food and conversations. Around 2:30 or whatever time Usher was being escorted into the stadium, we were exiting the restaurant. Bottom line, it wasn't the greatest experience we have ever had, but looking back and under the circumstances, we simply choose the wrong place for "our intentions" of just eating a good meal without the pressure of leaving before a superbowl party began. Again, for this review, we were never asked to leave, but my perception was that the subtle messages were professional and polite. Nonetheless, the urgency of our departure was felt a bit in the end. As of the time of writing this, I have yet to research if this is, in fact, a sports bar, a family restaurant, or a...
Read moreI regular Twin Peaks fairly often and usually really enjoy it. Typically I would give them a great review since I always receive great service from the girls and have a fun time. With that being said I visited last night with a friend to introduce her to Twin Peaks and show her the Halloween costumes that the women wear around this time of year and I was unfortunately APPALLED by one of the bartenders. In the past I have witnessed men get kicked out of the restaurant for being disrespectful, taking pictures without permission and touching the women that work in this restaurant. This woman was twerking, letting customers take photos/videos, touch and slap her behind with a prop. I’m not sure of the specific woman’s name but she had a short blonde bob and was covered in tattoos. This is not a strip club but they seem to be hiring new women that think it is. Not to mention she left the other bartender behind the bar alone for majority of the night so she could walk around to customers at tables and show off her ass. This made it extremely difficult for the customers sitting at the bar to get service in a timely manner. This woman was exhibiting absolutely disgusting behavior that I never thought I’d see in this establishment. I talked to a few other people sitting around the bar and could tell this was making multiple guests uncomfortable as well as seeing a few of the waitresses gathering and gawking in disbelief at this inappropriate behavior from their coworker. Seeing this take place last night makes me genuinely worried for the other women that work here because these customers that got this type of service from this woman are now going to expect this. Drunk men don’t typically take denial from half dressed young women lightly and I’m seriously concerned for the safety of other women working in this restaurant because of this one nasty night I experienced. Management seriously needs to get involved and let this woman know that this was not OK because this was absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior in my eyes. I’m honestly shocked one of the managers didn’t put a stop to it immediately. I would like to return in the future but after witnessing this I’m not sure I...
Read moreFirst Time going there and it was a Horrible experience, Probably Never going back... Our server greeted us and took our Drink and appetizer order then about 10 min later our food, then proceeded to avoid us the rest of the time.
The appetizer came out with the food not before and were delivered by two other waitresses. It took over 40 min to get our food and the Drinks service was not any better. We ordered our drinks at the very beginning and it was a simple order a beer, Diet Coke and a blended Margarita. It took over 30 min. to get our Drinks which again was delivered by another waitress and mine was not blended like I had ordered it, but on the rocks. I had told her I had ordered a blended Margarita she informed me that they don't have a blender and walked away. Never did our waitress inform me of that nor did they come back so I could get something else. (Not sure that I would though see as it took over 30 min. just to get this crappy drink)
While eating our food our sever continued to avoided us the entire time, the Margarita tasted like CRAP (cough syrup and crappy tequila) the food was okay, but def not good enough for how long we had to wait. Would suggest not going there Service Def needs to...
