Location: the location is easy to find in Tukwila. It is very close to the strip mall and the actual mall and many many stores. Cleanliness: the bathrooms could use a little work on them. I know there is a lot of people who go through the buffet, but they should have someone checking in on it every 30 minutes or at least every 45 just to be on the safe side. View/ ambiance: there isn't a view as you are inside eating. The ambience is relaxed yet little crazy because people want to make sure they get the specialty Foods before it runs out and they have to wait; which is not often. Taste: the sushi was definitely fresh and unique. There is many varieties of food that tasted very good. Service: the service is like most buffets. They are quick to usually and cleaning the plates off your table and serving you drinks. But when they get really really busy they need to add more staff to make sure the everyone is getting served equally. Overall: Great place to eat at if you want a lot of seafood and Asian food. I went to celebrate my birthday on Saturday and it was a huge place. The sushi was unique and very fresh. I enjoyed the lobster and shrimp used in many ways. Baked lobster, shrimp pasta, fried shrimp etc. The options for many of the food was very, very good. It is pricey, but worth it for the amount of seafood you can get. I wish they had more seafood as the website and yelp shows. They definitely need to add a raw seafood bar. I didn't see a salad bar which was weird. Overall food was cooked nicely, well done and prepared very nicely. Definitely recommend if you want a lot of seafood and variety.

Mizuki used to be my favorite seafood buffet restaurant, and I've gone there many times before. I even invited friends and family to this restaurant. Nowadays, there are buffet restaurants in the surrounding cities, and all have good selections as well. As for Mizuki, I believe they're cutting back a bit, and some food doesn't taste as good. 1). There are not good enough selections on the sushi menu. The trays where they put out the sushi are almost empty before they put more out. 2). The roast beef is super chewy. I wish the restaurant make pot toast instead. 3). Steamer clams are gritty (taste the sands in them). 4). The lobster and crabs are over-deep-fried, and you cannot eat the meat from the claws. Especially the lobster claws are spongy, and you cannot eat them. There are more lobster claws and tails than the body of the lobsters. Sorry, based on my dining experience on Saturday night, that's what I'm sharing. 5). They charge for the drinks separately, which is the old style that the Feast Buffet used to do it. Now, even that restaurant includes all the non-alcoholic drinks with the meal. Customers can enjoy whatever drinks they want for one set price. 6). The boiled crawfish aren't fresh. Feast Buffets and Harvest Buffets are two good examples of one-set-price dining. For the price, it's worth the amount of food available to eat. I'm only comparing some of the things and charges here. Price Comparison on Dinner for 2: *Mizuki = $92+ before tips *Feast = $98+ before tips *Harvest = $48+ before tips.

Extraordinary experience! Where do I even start??! I have been to Mizu’s several times and each time I’ve had a great experience. My experience today, set Mizu apart for all other hibachi style restaurants. My daughter decided to have her 16th birthday dinner at Mizu’s and I spoke with the person at the host station after I made the reservation online and explained my daughter wanted to have her birthday there and just to see if there is anything that I needed to know prior to our arrival. When I tell you they were beyond welcoming and told me everything I needed to know about our arrival, what to expect, asked for my preference of seating and honored that upon our arrival. There was a happy birthday song while dinner was being served which was super cute and our chef was hilarious and very engaging. But the best part was when they cut the lights in our section towards the end and wheeled out a speaker with disco lights that was playing “Happy Birthday to ya, Happy Birthday” just blew all our minds away. I really felt that they rolled out the red carpet for us which is something you don’t see very often. Most of our guest were first time visitors to Mizu’s and were highly impressed. The food had great flavor and they were super accommodating with one guest that had a seafood allergy. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

This is Nov 8 2018, my friend and I went there for dinner to celebrate our birthdays (my bday is tomorrow, his is 4 days after mine). There're eel rolls at the sushi bar. I like eel a lot, but I do not want to have the sushi roll, I just want to have some pure eels. (btw, Feast buffet provides eel plate.)And it's all-you-can-eat, right? So I talked to the waiter and asked whether I can have some eels. At first he said he doesn't work at the sushi bar...(OMG)...Later he said I can't have pure eels, I can only have eel rolls, and said I can ask his boss. Then a lady from the front desk came over, I believe she was the manager tonight. I explained what I wanted again, and she told me firmly that "no, you can't have that, unless you want to pay extra." I asked, "why?" She said "you can only have the rolls, anything else you need to pay extra." and she said it in such a tough way that her Saliva sprayed to the soup cup on the table. The waiter quickly took the soup cup away and I believe even himself realized she was so rude. The lady never said sorry, and she left.

My friend can't believe they behaved like this and he said in all the buffet he's been to, they will provide you food you ask for.

It's a $25.99 dinner buffet, all you can eat, and I can't just have some eels. If I really can't, fine, but please talk to your customers in a polite way, with respect, at least say I'm sorry. It's all about service and attitude. I'm EXTREMELY unhappy with HER! She doesn't understand what it means to serve customers. And if I were her boss, I would probably re-train her or let her take a break.

So I grabbed 8 eel rolls, and stripped off the eel and left the rolls. I didn't like to do it, but I was really upset.

We paid 0 tip and I left a short feedback on the receipt, saying "the front desk manager's service is too bad".

Anyway, I don't think this business knows what it means to respect customers, care about customers, at all.

They won't get my business again, for sure. And I will tell my friends my story, so they won't get my friends'...

This is one of the worst places I have ever been to. The Buffet was $33 or $19 for lunch, that surprised me how high it was but I was excited, I have seen some higher end Asian buffets on YouTube. This was not one of those. Every single food item I picked from the buffet was cold, Teriyaki beef, short rib, chicken wing, beef and broccoli, tempura veggies, it was all cold cold. I am pretty sure that is a health violation. On top of that the flavors were awful, the teriyaki was like nothing I had before, it had a thick sauces coating it that taste like ketchup, no teriyaki flavor at all. Nothing was seasoned or had flavor on top of being cold. So after both my wife and I had a few bites of cold not good food we put our plates aside disappointed and said “Oh well, lets go to the sushi bar. At the sushi bar nothing is labeled, you have no idea what you are getting. Not good for my wife who has shellfish allergies, so not wanting to chance it she couldn’t even eat that. I tried a few pieces, the fish tasted fresh enough, it was nothing special, you can get sushi like that at the grocery store. We were ready to get out of these, I flagged down the waitress, I said “ Can I give you some feedback about the food? Everything we had from the buffet was cold.” She not even kidding said “OK” and handed me the bill. I paid the bill and we started to walk out. I tried one more time to see if anyone cares there. The two ladies at the front on the way out, I said “ Is there a manager I can speak to?” One of the was the manager. I explained the issue with the cold food and I kid you not, she said “ Do you want me to put some in the microwave for you?” Like I pay hard earned money and of that high of cost on microwaved food. She offered, not to discount the meal but a discount next time we come in. I told her “ Sorry, we are never coming back”. No one cares here, no one wants to be in hospitality at this place, the guest experience not on anyone’s mind. This place is begging to close down. Do yourself a favor...

Oh my Where to start! If there is an option less than 1 star I would choose it First of all when you pay 30$ for a lunch buffet you would expect choices Well there is sushi and I was excited but when I tried it it wasn't great you can get the same if not a better sushi from Safeway and it would cost you way less

Then I left the sushi and headed to the steak OMG 😭 it was tasteless ugh

And then I went for Asian noodles the was only one kind and one kind of orange chicken (talk about choices buffet !) If you go to Panda Express you would be way satisfied Let me talk about salads no salad they had a bar of baby carrots in bowl and a bowl of chopped raddish a bowl of lettuce Then let me talk about the fries it's the worst cold and old The Mac and cheese it's from the boxes or cans How hard can it be to prepare Mac and cheese

Now let's try desert ugh only one thing was good and custard brulee The cake was hard as rock! ( Is there any kind of management or someone supervising the quality) The fruit it was can fruit! And Papaya was Soo bad I ate strawberries The mouse 3 varieties thy were so bad Just go to the grocery store you will get more choice much much better taste and way cheaper

Now the had lobster and oysters didn't try them and don't want to after this experience and they had frog legs ! No thank you

And overall the food was cold like what some food need to be warm not everything is served like sushi lol

Now the restrooms we're gross and old like what am I in a gas station restroom?!

My experience was a disaster this restaurant ruined my weekend

I wrote this long review because I don't want people to end up in a really bad experience like we did In conclusion if you want to spend money of 30-35$ I would recommend that you go to fancy restaurant with high quality seatings and service and fresh tasty food 👌

If you want Asian food just go to panda Express or sushi from Safeway and you will feel so much satisfied your lunch will cost half what you end...
