It is unfortunate that I would have to provide such a low review to a place with good intentions.

On one occasion I had come in and asked a general question about giving an item only for a staff member behind the counter to talk down to me in tone and demeanor. As though I am supposed to know how to donate an item and know who they are. Suffice to say, I will not make donations there.

Normally I would write this off as a one off circumstance. However, I would return another day with a friend. The entire time we were there it seems that we were being watched, more so than the other patrons. As though more attention needed to be paid to us. It is one thing to see if a customer needs assistance, but asking for assistance goes a long way. The only direct interaction we had with staff was being told to put an item down, despite other patrons picking items up around us. We left after that encounter.

Thankfully there are other donation places in town. I do not intend to come back...

Worst experience coming to shop here. First off not greeted when coming in I had to find an employee to ask them if I could use the restroom, being diabetic sometimes I can’t hold it… they very rudely said not for the public, I let it go and continued to shop, I found a few items that were very nostalgic and I went to purchase items. The cashier informed me that I couldn’t purchase one of the items since it didn’t have a price tag, I offered to find a similar hat and purchase it with that price and they denied me to buy items. I left empty handed and a ruined mood, traveled from Corcoran to visit store, will not be back! Mind you, there are no signs with the rules of their policies anywhere and everything there is donated to them. Terrible experience and everything overpriced! Seems they’re selling for greed vs...

I really enjoy coming with my family we find good things but I don't think I'll be going back for a long while I see a lot of bad reviews too I hope y'all can work on your store and just be a bit kinder and not so greedy like some comments say. I went this last week and yes tags colors on sale I picked the 2 colors and she didn't take off the discount on one item which was the most expensive and it was 75% off by the way, but I didn't catch it on time until I looked at the receipt and I was like wow. Why have discounts if you are not going to put it in I know it gets busy but come on you can't do that. I just didn't want to go back and start anything I'll just take my money...
