Zumwalt Park — Attraction in Tulare

I went there for a Cinco de Mayo celebration. Everything was nice. But you need to make sure that all the vendor are back behind the crowd. People were there to dance and see the band and you had a lot of the vendors in the way. Other then that...Oh..Maybe bring in some Porta potties. Nice play area for kids. But this park could definitely use some covering above all play structures and tables. It's way to hot to stay very long. The benches also are scorching hot you can't even sit on them. It's too bad they didn't think that part out but otherwise it's a great park when in the morning hours before the weather...

This park offers concerts at the Gazebo. It’s kept clean, nice location. Great place to go for picnics or hang out with friends. It doesn’t have a play area for small children, like swings slides etc. It located right next to the Tulare police department and Post Office. It also has several restaurants...
