Five Stars goes for the product and the owner. We came here on a weekday morning right around the time they opened. The case wasn't fully stocked yet but my wife was looking to buy some donuts for her co workers and the selection there was good enough for a dozen. They looked so good! Perfect fluffiness, coating, you name it! I personally didn't get to try one but my wife said her fellow partners ate them up! Even said that these donuts were the better pick opposed to the other Donuts another co worker had brought in that day. Unfortunately they didn't have an Apple Fritter out yet for the misses so we actually made a trip back into town later in the day to check on it. They in fact did but now the selection of donuts was almost completely empty because they got wiped out! This is where we interacted with the owner and she was a delight! Super friendly! Sweet and helpful! We met the opener for this location in the morning and he was "alright", friendly but more "I'm busy, can we hurry this along" kind of attitude. Definitely preferred the owner. Overall I know will be coming back to get some donuts! I can't wait to try a glaze, my wife said the Apple Fritter was incredible! If you’re not from the area, I suggest coming VERY early. Most of the locals work early morning shift so the donuts are made fresh at 4 am every day. Usually by 11-12 most of the donuts are already eaten, and by 12:30 there are no more so they usually close early. There are a LOT of donuts to choose from if you’re there very early. If you can, I suggest coming at 5 or 6 am if possible to get the selection that the locals usually see. I’ve traveled to lots of donut shops in the U.S. and these continue to be my absolute very favorite. The best flavors are the classics because they’ve been perfected over the years. Would give a 0 if I could. Horrible customer service went to this location where I was rushed to order. Also they gave me the wrong donuts into my bag being upset and annoyed with them I just went somewhere else and received way better donuts and quality. I would never go back to this location as it's clear the quality of donuts they serve is Trash! Go to donut factory on prosperity and get your moneys worth.
