I wrote a review after this first happened and it's since been removed (wonder why?). So, here's round 2: I ordered a pizza after first moving here a little over 2 years ago. The prices were high but we heard the place was good, so I figured why not? It was the middle of the pandemic at the time. Masks and gloves were the norm and expected from people preparing your food (I still expect people to wear disposable gloves/hairnets when preparing food because it's just sanitary). I know there's people that think it "impedes their rights," yeah yeah yeah, and the people running this place are likely those same people. Not one person was wearing gloves, masks,or hair nets. The place was FILTHY, like it hadn't been cleaned since it opened years ago. The place itself smelled musty the second you walk in. Anyway, I arrived to the restaurant after ordering, the lady at the counter smelled like smoke (gross) and already had a bad attitude, and then presented me with this tiny pizza that they called a large, with barely any toppings and I couldn't help but laugh out loud because they were seriously asking for $35+ for this really sad and pathetic looking combo pizza. Little Caesars will give you the same pizza for half that price. I walked out, leaving the sad pizza behind and went somewhere else with better service and a cleaner restaurant. It's been over 2 years and I still haven't gone back and never will because first impressions...
Read moreFriday, 8/17/18, I was watching my cousins kids so her and her husband could enjoy a night out. They order pizza to the house for the kids, who eat at 6:30pm. It was after 7:30pm and the pizza had not shown. I call my cousin to follow up. He calls to find out and apparently they wrote down the wrong address AND phone number. So there was no pizza on the way. A little after 8 the pizza shows with a young delivery boy, who had no change. So he ends up with a $10 tip, which was NOT earned. But he "threw in extra jalapenos and ranch for my inconvenience." Score right? My cousin, who was super disappointed, called the next day to just let them now how poor his service was. When he mentioned the lack of change and large undeserved tip they told him the delivery boy came back and gave the change to the babysitter, maybe they should ask their sitter. Implying I stole $10 from my cousin. 30yo with a full time job, stealing $10 from family. Try again. Lmao. Man I loved this pizza and I will definitely miss it. But since I'm into stealing $10, I guess I...
