Mariscos Costa Azul — Restaurant in Tulare

I was extremely disappointed with this place. From the service to the food. With that being said, others at my table were satisfied with the meals they received other than the rice. I asked for cheese enchiladas. I expected it to be cheddar cheese like all other cheese enchiladas I’ve eaten from restaurants, but instead, I got 2 tortillas wrapped around cold crumble cheese. Have you ever eaten large amounts of crumble cheese? It’s not great…the rice was very blan Absolutely no flavor. Luckily the beans were really tasty, so I mixed my rice with the beans and ate that. Now to the service…I received my food first. It was about 5 minutes until they brought out the 2nd plate. It took about 15 minutes for our whole table to be served. I’ve never been somewhere that doesn’t serve the table as a whole. The waitress was forgetting drinks, and we seemed to have to constantly remind her to bring us things. I understand she could’ve been having an off day, but it definitely didn’t help our experience. I will for sure not...

Bad food and bad service. We walked in on a Friday night. The restaurant wasn't too busy. We were sat quite fast, waited a bit and the server came over took our drink and dinner order. We waited very long for our drinks..at least 20-30 minutes. My husband's michelada came out first, then 10 minutes later his plate, a bit later my drink finally came out but no food. I waited probably another 15 minutes for my food after my husband's had already arrived..my husband was halfway done by the time I started eating. The server forgot my husband's torillas and I asked for a side of ranch. The sever probably took another 10 minutes to bring those things out. My husband was already done eating when his tortillas came out. Unfortunately had an overall bad experience. They are extremely short staffed but it would have been fine if the food was good but sadly the food was not worth waiting for. I also noticed the server grabbing the chips with her bare hands without a glove, washing her hands or anything, definitely...

I came here to treat my mom for Mother's Day the food was not good at all I usually come here once a month with my mother and spend about $200 every time! The food was bad. The service was bad. And such a way to bring us our dreams I had to go get a high chair for my daughter after waiting for it for over 30 minutes! I can't even enjoy my food because my daughter was not only on my lap the whole time but we're getting irritated and running around! We tried letting her know that the food was sour and she didn't care. She had mentioned in the beginning that the owner was there and she needed to ask him a question but want to ask to speak to the owner to complain about the food so it could be replaced she continuously ignored us I called several times in the past few days and no one has made an effort to contact me to correct the issue or even apologize! Every time I've called they have also been rude and refused to allow me to complain to anyone! I will never be coming...
