Horrible customer service tonight. I have been going to this Aldis for over 10 years and left a $200 cart of groceries at the front and walked out because of how rudely I was just treated by the preclosing employee. We were almost done shopping. Only needed the meat at the back and a woman came and pulled down grey plastic blinds sown across the meat. She told us if we knew what we already wanted she would hand it to us and they close at 8pm. We asked could we finish shopping and she looked at her watch and said she was trying to go home. I am sure a manager can see all this with a time stamp on camera. They were open with 4 big carts in line I would have had to stand there in line and wait but this lady can't wait and wants to go home. Fine when the store closes right. I drove across town to get here. My husband has been up since 4am but took me to the store anyway. I will never go back ever. I do love Aldis and will drive to Sand Springs from now on. I went home with no food and the rude lady can stay and put...
Read moreI don’t really understand how people buy all of their groceries at Aldi‘s. At least not at this location. What they carry seems to be random. They will have it one week but not the next so don’t fall in love with any particular product because you probably won’t ever find it again. They have nice produce at a reasonable price. They occasionally run a good meat sale and those are worth watching for. It is a small store and rather cluttered. You are possibly going to find things here that you can’t find it other stores and that is a bonus but you won’t find them consistently. After shopping here for the last year I would say they are good for watching sales and for good produce, but it really isn’t great for a wide variety of anything. They don’t provide bags so bring your own or you have to buy some of theirs You will need a quarter for the buggy but you do get that back. There may be other Aldi‘s that are bigger and...
Read moreI was apprehensive about Aldi at first. Mainly because I had never heard of it. But I am so glad that I gave it a try. I go there all the time for groceries. It carries a lot of the basics but also some special things that you can't get any where but there. First they are extremely inexpensive. Secondly their brand products are, from everything I've tried, better than the name brand. I stopped eating presliced cheddar and other presliced cheeses because they all seem to have a strange taste/ smell. ALDI'S brand is very good. Their brand Oreos...Taquitos, Chili, paper towels toilet paper..well everything I like better. The price and quality is wonderful. I also like I can get items I need with out going into a huge store. Love you Aldi! Sorry...
