I was excited to have a Starbucks open within one mile of my house instead of having to drive 4 miles to get coffee. The first time I tried it, the parking lot was terrible. I parked and went inside came out and the drive through line blocked me in. I somehow got out and drove down to the dumpster to do a shuffle turn around to get out. After that I didnāt go back for months. Then I thought Iāll give it a try again, and go through the drive through instead expecting something different. Iāve never waited so long in line for my coffee through a drive through for coffee. I didnāt come back for months. Tried it again thinking it would be different this time. Worse. Drink quality was terrible. Asked to be remade and it was a disaster. I left with a remade ruined drink that I didnāt have time to get remade again. Didnāt come back till a few months later thinking maybe now itāll be okay. Came back today to go inside to ready - three teenage girls were so loud I went outside to do my work. Trying to leave was a disaster again. I was stuck in the parking lot as the drive through line was growing. A guy backed up and a girl stayed right behind me so I got out and asked her to back up and as soon as I did that trying to get out the line was already out into the street at Tulsa Hills. Convince is not worth the stress and headache trying to get in or out of this location. Iāll stick to driving to my...

I'd chew through the wall for the cheese Danish or blueberry scone. Starbucks has it process down I am not going to get my wheelchair and go inside and try to carry my goodies to my car. Long lines move very quickly through Starbucks drive thru. They seem to hire very efficient young folks always ready with a smile. Many times we get Starbucks and drive down the street to Chick filla for our hour drive home... We are country folk...Our little town does not have a 1000 people we dont have luxuries like the Big City or as Big City as an Oklahoma...

Your drink quality has really gone down at this location. When I pay $8-$10 plus tip for a customized drink, and itās wrong, itās just unacceptable. Iāve had this happen both through the drive thru and delivery. Today I used Uber Eats, and the entire order (an iced chai and egg bites) cost me $25. You didnāt put the sriracha in the bag for the egg bites, and the drink tasted like water and almond milk. There was no chai flavor, and no brown sugar syrup (which I paid extra for adding to the drink). The odds Iāll get a refund from Uber Eats are slim to...
