Uber Eats Driver here: Iām normally not a Karen that gets online and complains. Because I truly know how hard fast food work is, and understaffing can only exacerbate it. But I went up to the counter, said Iām picking up the order, and the girl said āwell, itās gonna be a few minutes.ā Totally understand. I stood there for about 7 minutes and they hadnāt even begun. I saw the receipt of the order on the printer, but the guy making the food just kept helping people who were next in line, who just walked in. So, I just wanted to get the food so I could deliver it, because my car was running outside, so I just jumped in line. And when it was my turn (finally) he said āitās gonna be a minuteā and just went on to the next person. It just seemed highly disrespectful, when I even waited in line, just disregard. I said āwell, I was waiting in line too???ā And he just ran and handed me a drink cup and was like āhere, go get a drink, Iāll have to wait until the line is goneā (mind you, this is a pretty steady business. So as soon as they served one, another couple comes in. I sat for about 10 minutes, but there was no light in sight for the order even beginning to be prepared because there was always at least one person in line. I ended up just cancelling the delivery order because, during dinner rush, waiting 20 minutes in a restaurant is way too much time. I think these kiddos just need some training....

Just went in at 1 pm. Horrible staff, waiting in front of the counter for 10min with 4 employees there before they even said anything to me. All had horrible attitudes like they hate working there and every item I wanted to add too my bowl was the greatest inconvenience in the world to them. Very very small portions like half portions. So I had to order double meat. The meat was hard, just bad very bad. $15 for a half way filled bowl of hard meat and undercooked rice ... wicked
The white rice was not even COOKED ALL THE WAY, Iām eating hard raw rice thatās only half way cooked. Like seriously ? This is much farther than a bad experience, this place needs to be shut down health inspector needs to come in immediately. I have an upset stomach.
Out of control lacking management is an understatement. Too make matters worse Iāve called burrito concepts LLC which independently owns this location 5 times and no answer no call back. You would think with the consistency of horrible reviews theyād make an effort to fix this problem but apparently they do not care what so ever. Donāt eat here you WILL BE...

The girl that was standing at the front of the counter, āreadyā to serve, her head down on her phone changing the music in the entire store. I told her I needed a little bit because Iāve never been here before and then when I walked up and was ready, she continued to stay on the phone with her back towards me and then slowly put on gloves to get ready to serve and then touched her phone after she put the gloves on. Food was mediocre not worth $14 plus a tip. The condition of the whole restaurant was not great and the bathroom was horrible. I canāt even about 1230. There was no one in the restaurant until after it sat down to eat and then about five people came in. Iām pretty sure a restaurant that opens up around 10 in the morning didnāt have a rush that made the whole place be in a condition like this.
