Purchased a NEW GE 5.3 CU/ft front load HE Washer with Pedestal Install & 5-year unlimited warranty on 1.2.2024 from the 71st street store Tulsa OK After 1 year 5 months of normal use following all the service recommendations it broke down. Service call took 3 times +30mins of frustration - Cody Cromer Geek squad came out timely at the end of the week approximately 5 days later. May 14 was the approximate failure date problems started. Cody stated that these GE's had a bad mother board that 90% of the time not fixable & a New unit would be delivered if it continued to fail. About 12 days later it failed again, of course always after the soap dispensed & the washer was full of wet clothes. This requires wringing them out in the shower & headed to the Liberty Laundry, costing about $90 each visit. 3 visits and 5 more phone calls to Best Buy Geek squad & Cody came back, gave me his personal cell and card & stated he felt bad about the difficulty's we were having. Once again, he installed some more parts including a New Mother board & it was functional for another week or so. Then quit around the last week of June 2025. Another difficult service call - (Cody did NOT answer his cell NOR respond to my VM or Several texts, despite the $20 then a $50 tip I gave him on 2 occasions. This time we were out of town for the 4th & our son stayed to let Cody in to service the GE washer. He called me & stated it was fixed & he produced another order for 4 more parts, electronic board, door lock and a couple other items. He stated it would work till the parts came in the following Saturday. We threw a load in and it failed same way wet soapy clothes and Liberty laundry to save the day! I received an "update" 5 days later stating the parts were on backorder. After several more calls to Best Buy & the Geek Squad, they stated it was unknown when the parts would arrive?!? So, we spent all total $600+ @ the Liberty laundry drop off for wash & fold. After going to the store in person NO ONE seemed to be able to Help Us Nor tell us why they could not bring a New Machine as was stated to me when I purchased the warranty on the New Machine in January 2024. Simply stated by the Sales guy & Cody Cromer on several o occasions If they could not fix it, they will replace it with a New One. I tried to pin down the store manager, the service guys and many phone calls trying to get resolution & got NOWHERE! Finally, Cody told me (of some "Vague Law" !??!) that maybe if it stays broken for over 25days straight they MAY bring a new machine. After 2 full weeks and no parts, I decided to purchase a NEW LG @ Appliance solutions for ANOTHER $2355.00 - as the $250 a week on wash and fold would buy a new washer pretty soon. Needless to say I called Best Buy Cody Cromer and the crew & GOT NOWHERE - they would not even come and haul off the piece of junk non fixable GE washer I bought less than a year and a half ago! It is really SAD to know that a Man's (Men) word is not true & furthermore the Best Buy Geek Squad gang are just a lot of Double Talkers evading any accountability or responsibility. We are just fortunate we could BUY a washer to replace the one that cost $2003 just a year and a half later. I feel bad for those that don't have the means to fight the poor-quality folks in the Best Buy corporate setting. In closing I have put a "Dispute" on the original purchase via our Capital 1 CC card. They have pulled to purchase price back and the FULL amount for the Best Buy WORTHLESS Geek squad warranty. HOWEVER, this does not guarantee We will prevail in the dispute. If I fail in the dispute I will take the Best Buy store to small claims court here in Tulsa OK.

Read moreOn 06/06/2025 I looked for Samsung S25 Ultra 512gb unlocked at Tulsa Hills, Olympia Ave Bestbuy. Since they don't have the Color of the phone that I prefer. They ordered thru online for me. I told to store pick up but the guy that you ordered for my behalf said better to address my physical address for quicker delivery and used my Residence Address. As it was for my Birthday present and will arrive on my Birthday, June 10th and I cannot wait to get home from work. After having gone from work and arrived home, The Package was sitting by door and when I picked up, it was very light and looks nothing was there inside the BOX because of no weigh on that. So I called the Fedex Ground location in Broken Arrow, OK. They said they cannot do anything but call the No. on the Label which is 888 237 8289. I called that No. and a woman sound like Indian accent picked the call and explained me that they will do a replacement on that. I call everyday the Customer Service, none of them could help me when the replacement phone will be sent or Local Store pick up if one available. Lately one guy answer that I replacement will be mail out. I asked to change instead of mailing, if available Local Store to pick up exactly that I ordered and they said Yes they have one available at 71st and Mingo, Tulsa, Oklahoma Store,. I keep asking them that it is True and Sure that I can go now at the Local Store and get it? They said Yes. So, on 06/14/2025 in the afternoon before I leave my residence and make sure to call the customer that everything should be in ready to be picked up when i get there, I dont wanna have any kind of complication. The Bestbuy Primary care people promised me get the phone at the local store. When I got there, they said it was stated that not ready yet to picked up. I was back and forth to the Local customer service people and the customer service with phone people, after 2 hours of waiting time spending there nothing was solved and I went home with empty handed. The Customer Service on the phone people, they said the made a case ID and told me to be solved the issue three days from now. I was upset with BEST Buy with their poor service. I don't TRUST Fedex from now on. They have some thief mail carrier that can their people package and I will not recommend to use any of Fedex carrier.
Note: The BestBuy the Particular Store in 71st & Mingo, Tulsa, Oklahoma the Majority of the Sales and the Primary care employees are very weird at Hospitality and not friendly! Looking aggressive!! They need to do better customer service. The one on Olympia Ave in Tulsa Hills BESTBUY store...
Read moreI walked in the door prepared to buy a laptop and ready to spend around $1500. I also had a list of accessories and other items that I had budgeted around $1000 for, alongside that I had a list of requirements for the items I was in search of and was excited. I walked in the door and the greeter at the door was busy talking to another associate and never even looked up or greeted me, so I just kept walking and found the computer area myself. I walked around the laptops and did some browsing, and was ready to find someone to help me since I had been in the store well over 25 mins with no one even asking me if I needed help. I set out to find a sales associate, and after being told by 3 associates that they were to busy to help me, I questioned even buying there. The store was clean, well organized, products were stocked and shelves were basically full, but they lacked associates. After the third associate wouldn’t give me the time of day, I just walked around the store for 30 minutes more, scanning the items I wanted myself on the Best Buy app and doing self check out for self pick up same day. I had hoped that I’d run into any sales person during those 30 mins that could help me and answer my questions but I did not, no one ever even said hello to me. I completed my self check out order and proceeded to the pick up order desk. The first associate that finally helped me after I waited in the line for 8 mins, looked up my order and said, “umm, yeah, no, so like your order was just placed online and it won’t be ready until tomorrow.” He then said, “sorry, can I get the next customer?” I just stood there in shock, and I tried to explain, but he had already started waiting on the next person. I decided to get back in line, and waited another 5-10 mins. Luckily, I got a different sales person and he was actually nice, he was upbeat, he actually acted like I mattered, which after having spent the last 2 hours in the store without any help at all was a pleasant surprise, I had just submitted a $1700 order online. The sales associate, helped me get my items pulled and although had to wait for the system to catch up to check me out, I was only left waiting an additional 10 mins, was able to do so and get me out the door to my home with my new laptop. This sales associate saved this sale for Best Buy yesterday, because had I not had him help me I was going to cancel my online order and not go back to this store.
