I have put off this review as it is very disheartening for me. We have been with Hahn since 2012, a well established buying record over the years. Some how or some where things have changed concerning CUSTOMER SERVICE. May of this year(2025), we purchased a refrigerator at the Tulsa location 6710 s. 105 e. Ave. Refrigerator $849.95, ice maker $100.00, haul away old unit $29.99 and install $49.99 plus $80.91 in tax for a total of $1,110.84. I'm not sure what happened to the free delivery that's always advertised on their commercials either. But, on the day of delivery I received a text that the truck would be there (my house) in 15 minutes. So I unloaded the refrigerator into Styrofoam ice chest, the freezer things I put out in the big deep freezer. I had the old refrigerator pulled out, shut off, ready to wheel out the door. 15 minutes, 30 minutes okay 45 minutes go buy so I text the number that the original 15 minute warning came from, at 1 hour I was getting concerned. Finally the driver arrived, unloaded, removed the carton/box/plastic/Styrofoam protective covering. Comes in and removes the old refrigerator from the house and takes another hour putting in the new one. So the food has been out 2 hours now. See pics below. Once it's in water is hooked up and I open the fridge and freezer doors and the is "stuff" squeezing out of the facing of the freezer, pic below. I think this is some bad dream that I'm going to wake up soon from. I tell the guy, no this won't work and I wish to talk to his boss, some one now. I do and send a video of the stuff oozing out. I'm told "you can use our refrigerator until a new one gets there" seriously 😒, 3 days later a new one shows up. So the worst has not happened yet.i go to Hahn's and ask to speak to someone about the loss of our food. Took pics and showed the guy at the front desk, he asked what I wanted and I asked for $100.00 to be taken off the price of the refrigerator. He sent me back to customer service but not before calling customer service and telling the person what I wanted. I get back there and the guy is on the phone and talking to a another guy present. I wait my turn and when the time was appropriate I said are you "name" and said his name. Yes what do you want, so I went all the way back through what had happened and what I thought was fair for all. He argued with me and said no, he'd take off the install fee of the ice maker and I explained again. He referred to me as "lady" even though he had our name on the paperwork. And I told him my first name, Again I said $100.00 for lost and spoiled food, and he said "lady take the 80.00 for installation of the ice maker and call it done" (no where in the paperwork is there a charge for 80.00 install of the ice maker it was 100.00) I spent 10 minutes trying to get him to look at the amount of food that was going to be thrown out, finally I said " just look at the damn pictures". This man jumps up, grabs his phone and demanded me to get out of his store, I think he's joking, he runs from behind his desk to where people can now see and hear him shouting at me to get out of his store "because I cursed him". No I didn't curse him, I just said look at the damn pictures. I imagine if I was a guy setting there he would of gone on like "a good ol boy". We are talking for a $20.00 difference his 80.00 my request for 100.00 to loose a customer of 13 years. I think Hahn's need to rethink their custom service policy or at least training policies. I go on to the web site to get an address to write a formal complaint to the corporate office, some one on the chat box gives me a hard time and not only not going to give it to me because I won't give him details but gives me false information on how to send it. As it only goes through him. I find that highly unlikely. We are looking for a new glass top stove. Guess where I am not going to!

We bought a fridge on the 28th 2 days later we went back to re buy additional appliance due to us wanting the kitchen to match went in around 3 Pm the sales person was busy, so we left and came-back 15 minutes before closing made it easy for the sales person, Prior to us coming back before closing we explained to the sales associate that that lowes had that product and if he could price match it for us that would be great ! Told him the game plan let’s wrap it up! Let’s order this stove and the microwave I’ll pay for it and have it delivered the same day the fridge would be getting delivered. Was explained by the sales associate that unfortunately there were out of stock and on back order that they wouldn’t be able to put it in the same truck due to the delivery truck Being full For a delivery that was scheduled 8/9 days out, which was odd* but ended up just getting the microwave due to him telling us it would just be best for us to go back to where we saw the stove due to him not wanting us to loose out on a sale which is fair ! Guess what we do we go to Lowes the following morning and coming to find that Lowe’s is cheaper by about $500:600 bucks called in to speak to someone about canceling the order ! And she offered to give the sales department a chance to price match it ! Came in gave them the chance we was short about $300 dollar difference due to there warranty cost and them not being able to price match warranty ok perfect. Coming to find out that the sales person miss-lead us and Telling us that the stove was not in stock which it was * and the manager was able to deliver it the same day the fridge was getting delivered (bret)the floor manager dint know why the sales associate would even state that ! Ok due to us not getting to agreement on price we ended up getting our money back refunded back on the card on 9/2/2024* its 9/9/2024*** and still have not received my money ! My husband and I purchased a new dryer from Jordan Cook at Hahn. He's a good salesman. We purchased the installation and removal of our old dryer. We did this because my husband was going to have back surgery, and we knew he wouldn't be able to install it. The dryer came on our anniversary 6-19-25. Two days after my husband's surgery. The guys that brought it to installed it were very nice. However, somewhere in the process, the dryer was installed with a flimsy foil duct and silver heat tape. We think the install guys are doing what they are told or shown to do. However, they should be taught the correct way. After a day and a half of calls, Hahn's install manager told our Salesman to tell me they would come out on Tuesday 6-24-25 to make sure there were claps on the dryer . That's great, buy a new dryer and then have to still go to the laundromat because my new dryer could cause a fire 😞.

I've purchased 2 appliances from Hahn Appliance in the last couple of months - a refrigerator and a cooktop. I went into their store to purchase the refrigerator. Their store is large, bright, and clean, and overall I found it to be a nicer shopping experience than the other appliance retailers I visited. Sales people are attentive but give you space to browse without hovering.

The refrigerator was delivered when they said it would be, although I was initially skeptical because it seemed too good to be true - they had the lowest price and said they could get it in weeks before another major retailer in town could. Hahn followed through and delivered it on time, and the delivery personnel were great.

After having a good experience with the refrigerator, I contacted them via the chat on their website about a cooktop. The cooktop I was initially interested in was not in stock, but the sales person helped me find another in that I liked even more and would arrive sooner. When the cooktop arrived from their OKC store, the sales person called me to let me know that they had inspected it and discovered it was broken and needed replacement. Delivery would be delayed by a couple of weeks. Not exactly what I wanted to hear, but I was glad that they inspected it before bringing it out.

After the installers installed the second cooktop, I noticed that it wasn't seated on the countertop on one side corner - it was slight, maybe 1/16" gap, but still not right. I called them about it, and they sent their delivery manager to come look at it the same day. He couldn't get it to seat correctly either, and left saying "let me talk to folks back at the office, we'll take care of you". Sure enough, the next day someone called to let me know they would be replacing my cooktop with a new one. I held off in writing this review until the third cooktop was installed - they installed it yesterday and this one seats well.

I was super impressed with the urgency and professionalism in which Hahn Appliance handled a relatively minor issue with the cooktop. Offering to replace it was the right thing to do, but I never even had to ask them to do that. Everyone I've dealt with, from sales people to delivery personnel to customer service has been professional and a pleasure to interact with. When you're spending sometimes thousands of dollars on an appliance, it's reassuring to know that you're doing business with a company that will, in their words "take care of you", especially when there are hiccups along the way. We hope to not have to make any more appliance purchases in the near future, but if we do, we'll be...
