This is a huge, clean well stocked store and the wife and I were completely enjoying the shopping experience. Unfortunately, as we were checking out and my wife was at the register I decided to take a few photos for this Google review. I did a couple of wide shots and then went out to the foyer to take pictures of the front display. There were a couple of store people stocking the shelves just inside the entrance. One of them was a young lady that was a manager. As I was coming back into the store, she stopped me and asked if I was taking pictures of the women in the store. I told her I was just taking pictures of the whole area and not anyone in particular. Then she told me 2 women had told her I was taking pictures of them, and one was a cashier. Maybe she didn't realize that I could see her the entire few seconds it took to take the 5 shots before I noticed her watching me as I walked past her headed into the vestibule. The way she looked at me I originally had that uh oh, I'm a black guy feeling. But when she approached me and lied about someone accusing me of taking their picture, I let her know I'd seen her the entire time and no one came up to her. Then she changed it to "last week someone was videotaping women in the store, and they needed to be careful". My response was that I was just taking photos for my Google review that she had just ruined it for the store. I don't mind her asking me not to take pictures, but I can't stand it when people blatantly lie to me like that. I will contact the store and let them know about this harassment!

I recently visited Hobby Lobby, and I can’t say enough about the wonderful experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with an incredible sense of Christmas spirit that instantly put me in a festive mood. The decor was beautifully done, with twinkling lights, festive ornaments, and a warm, inviting atmosphere that made the season feel alive. What stood out most was how incredibly organized everything was—every section was neatly arranged, making it easy to find exactly what I needed without any hassle. The staff truly elevated the experience. They were exceptionally helpful, always ready with a smile and eager to assist. Whether I had questions about products or needed recommendations, they provided thoughtful, friendly guidance that made me feel valued as a customer. Their knowledge and enthusiasm were infectious, adding to the overall joy of the visit. The quality of the items available was impressive, and the attention to detail in the presentation reflected the care put into the store. I left feeling delighted and already looking forward to my next trip. Booby Lobby is a hidden gem that combines excellent organization, a festive vibe, and outstanding customer service. It’s the perfect place to shop, especially during the holiday season. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a positive and memorable shopping experience!

Went here for some supplies, they have a great variety of goods that meet many peoples interest or current need, hobby stuff like model cars and puzzles and toys etc, and stuff for crafts like woods, frabics, foam, and tools for each one like exo knifes, markers and oils along with the paints both for art and street art. Brushes and other equipment like organizers and glue guns. It's one of those stores that have a good majority of items that meet the standard needs for both beginners and amateurs with some for the experienced too. One gentleman who started with A##k didn't get his permission to use the full name, was amazing with helping me find some specific markers and direction for the restroom. Overall this store isn't bad and prices are sometimes hint or miss but that's most stores. It's a neat place to browse or pick up a new hobby. Road is level, so wheelchair accessible, restrooms were on the right/back side of the building. The store itself is pretty huge so you'll get your steps in.

I love this place, this location is the only one I visit constantly. Todays visit was extremely difficult for me as I recently became handicapped. Today was a very difficult struggle for me but I set out with a goal and did my best to accomplish it alone. If it had not been for the kindness of strangers the customers stopping and asking if I needed help almost every corner I turned. That overwhelmed me in a good way and I'm very grateful to those to even made multiple circles EVEN IN THE PARKING LOT to check on me. They saw me struggling to walk, saw me sweating, crying, almost about to pass out and the took the time to check on me.. My cashier was visibly irritated with myself and the lady in front of me because we purchased quite a few items, I assumed maybe her day was worse than mine so I overlooked her 'mood'. Understanding my situation and the outpour kindness that was shown to me today in the midst of the world we live in I choose not to allow one persons attitude to set me back from returning to this store, EVEN THOUGH NOT ONE SINGLE MANAGER, ASSOCIATE, CREW MEMBER, STOCKER OR ANYONE WHO CLEARLY SAW ME STRUGGLING ASKED TO ASSIST ME IN ANY WAY POSSIBLE! An employee from the tile shop offered assistance even..... If you were in Hobby Lobby today and offered to help a handicap African American lady who refused because of her panic attack I just want to say thank you and Jesus keep you, all of the love and kindness I put out I felt it today and I thank you kindly. HL not so much. MY FIVE STARS GOES TO THE...

Normally I don't have anything bad to say about Hobby Lobby, I am in this store at least once a week, however in their weekly ad last week,it stated all Paper Studio's half off, and their custom papers were reduced in price as well, so when their paper stacks are on sale I buy several at a time. When I got to the check out I was told "I'm sorry we can't sell you those (the Paper Studio's paper stacks with the label Christmas on them) for the sale price because Christmas isn't on sale yet. Okay I get that, but the add didn't say NOT CHRISTMAS, OR NO CHRISTMAS. IT SAID ALL PAPER STUDIO IS ON SALE. So I said but the ad reads, and I was told " but my inventory manager will get mad at me if I try and sell you this at the sale price because it's marked Christmas." So I said fine, keep it, now mind you that was another 20$ to already the $60.00 + I was spending, they lost out on it. I felt like they should honor what they put in print. If I could order this from another company I would. Only because I don't treat my customers that way, and if I put out something in print, I stand behind it. I've also started going elsewhere for what I can, so they loose even more of my $$ now too.

I spoke with corporate office and they said that I was correct, they should have sold the paper for the discount price. Kelly was amazing and said she would look into it and get the issue solved. She called me back the same day and let me know the issue was resolved....
