My heart is so full ❤. I went to visit Kendra Scott store that's conveniently next to St Johns Hospital. It's the last day of my birthday month so while visiting my very ill mother in the hospital, I thought I would go check out the store and treat myself to a necklace & earring set the 1/2 off discount they offer. I was greeted with smile,helpfulness and respect when I entered in and was browsing. When it came time to check out, I was having a nice conversation with Whitney, the store clerk, about why I was here visiting my mom in the hospital. She went to the back and came out slipping something into my sack. She then said there's something for my mom in there to help her heal and recover quickly and she will be praying for her. Not to open it until later. In my car I open the package - its a pink quartz necklace - pink quartz aids in healing. I am beyond impressed with this company. I have been wanting an earring/necklace set for a while. I went in today to look around and knew that my birthday month provided me a great discount!! As I was checking out I mentioned to the cashier what a huge moment this was for me and we briefly discussed why. She went to package my items and came back and gave me my total. There was no way that she had rung up the transaction correctly. She explained that Kendra Scott's mission is built on memorable moments and making an impact. They strive to make a difference when it matters. So yes, I cried. I got an amazing earring/necklace set that I have been wanting forever for way less than the actual cash value. I loved my online experience but not my store! For my Birthday my friend took me to the store about 30 min. away from our home town, we entered the small busy store and the staff stared they did not ask if we needed help finding anything.We walked around and look I found the perfect neckles, it was the day before my Birthday and at check out they asked to see my I'd. I left it in the car so I left my baby with my friend and headed out to the car to get my I'd, one of the staff stood at the window and watched me.
