Honestly, after anticipating going back to Fleming’s for the last 5 years I was incredibly devastated at my experience. It’s was our last date night before having our baby and something really special we wanted to have together. We made reservations almost two weeks in advance, and I really thought since we mentioned it was a special occasion that Fleming’s would live up to that and make it special. We were sat next to a group of guest who were loud and cussing, which continued through our meal. They even proceeded to literally throw a picture that was taken of them into the bar area, and then get more pictures taken of them. As the minutes continued and we were finishing up our meal, they proceeded to ask for more drinks which we assumed they would not be served since the were clearly inebriated. They were even handing their waiter cash, I heard them say “Two-hundred and forty” in order to try and get him to connect them to some “man they wanted to meet” at another table. I do assume Fleming’s is aware of the Laws regarding serving guest alcohol who are already drunk, and they clearly were.. They were loud, cursing, disturbing other guest and it was ALLOWED continuously. When I realized they were going to ahead and serve this table more to drink, I asked to be moved for our dessert. After eating our dessert and getting ready to pay and leave, we were told the manager put our dessert “on the house”, I’m not sure how that’s supposed to make up for any type of fully disturbed meal and experience. They didn’t even come to us personally to talk and learn more about out dinning experience, which I’d like to make clear was AWFUL. They food was delicious but I’d much rather go somewhere who cares about their customers and their experience, especially in better occasions. I’ve honestly had far better dining experience at Texas Roadhouse, because when something is wrong they make sure to FULLY make it right. They only upside to our evening was Kirby (I’m sorry if I spelled her name wrong), she tried to mend a bit of a bad night and she was incredibly sweet and helpful. I’m still astounded the manager never personally reached out to us and I’m sad to say we will not be returning because this experience.. which is sad is sad because I wanted to share this with my partner and hoped to make it a regular date night experience. Especially for those times when we came to Tulsa and had a sitter. This pregnant women is very unhappy at the evening I had...

The worst service and food I have ever experienced for a Thanksgiving Day meal. We arrived promptly at noon. About 10 minutes in, the server approaches and takes our complete Thanksgiving order (3 course meal) and serves water. Around 30 minutes later, we receive the first course which is the salad. Some the of the salads had the vinaigrette dressing and others were dry. We simply asked for a side of dressing to complete the salads. The servers swoop in and take our salads after about 15 minutes. Okay, they are going to turn the tables quickly today. Nope! 45 minutes after arriving, there are no meals coming out. There is an abundance of cooks, servers, so that is not an issue, but no one is getting food. Am I at Hell's Kitchen where service is going to be discontinued? I finally see our server and ask and she replies, "It will be here soon". I pointed at my watch and state that we have now been here 50 minutes with no food. About 5 minutes later the food arrives. The potatoes and green beans were delicious, but the turkey and dressing look like it was cooked days ago and reheated and tasted that awful as well. It is the worst I have ever tasted. Oh, did I mention as I was eating my bread with it in my hand the server comes over and takes my bread dish and removes it as I am taking another slice? Ok, now the meal is over and no dessert for the 3rd course. After 2 hours from being seated, we are hurriedly served dessert and the check is being given. Ok, I will just take it home. But no, she takes our credit card and leaves for another 15 minutes. So, we do eat the delicious dessert and she finally arrives back with the credit cards and meal checks. She thanks us and states that our table is needed for next group. Wow! I have never experienced such poor service or terrible food at this restaurant in all the times I have gone there. Not again! Think before you go next Thanksgiving! It was not just us but all in the place. People were unhappy at nearby...

Very sad to leave this one star but we had the absolute worst service and worst food experience ever. We made reservations for our 11 year anniversary and super excited as we normally love this place. We got sat by the hostess and sat for almost 10 minutes before we were greeted. The waiter came over and took our drink order I specifically asked about non-alcoholic mocktails. He suggests a blueberry martini mocktail. I agree and then we order as we already have been sitting and are ready. We ordered crab cakes and Brussels and the prime aged dried ribeye. (We get the same thing every time) we mention we want it all out at the same time. So we sit for another while before the waiter comes and says “y’all good on bread?? Or what? (We never received bread) we said we would love some and both of the butters please. Waiter comes back with our bread and crab cakes which we asked for them to come out with the meal. And still no drink. We finished our bread app and crab cake and still no drink. So we ask at this point. He said “oh yeaaaaa” and ran off and comes back a bit later with a blueberry martini and I take my first sip and it’s full of alcohol!! So very upsetting especially since I specifically asked. We had to wave him down he said “oh you don’t like it!?” In a very upset condescending tone. We told him it had alcohol and he picked up it and walked off and “fixed” it No apology. No manager came over at any point. Then our entrees came out the Brussels sprouts were so hard we could barely eat them and then our dry aged ribeye had absolutely no flavor and about half was tough and hard. We order medium rare nothing should be tough or hard if cooked properly. It was a very mediocre subpar experience and we actually will not be returning. We did not feel good walking out of there for our anniversary And it put a damper on the whole evening after because of the lack to attention to detail...

Went here to celebrate my birthday expecting a great meal in an upscale establishment but I left disappointed. I had a steak dinner in two places in the past 5 days, here and a more common chain steakhouse where a steak and two sides is roughly half the price of the steak alone at Fleming’s. While the steak here was expertly prepared and tasted good, it was just as fatty as the chain version and was not significantly more flavorful or unique. Similar statement can be made for the baked potato and wedge salad. Even the bread was simple rather than a high quality grain or sourdough—even my soup and salad lunch at a downtown French restaurant came with a high quality baguette. All that would have been acceptable if you anticipate that you’re paying for an upscale experience in a fine dining establishment. Yet, I’m not aware of many fine dining establishments that have crying children, people in shorts and flip flops or hoodies, and a noise level that hinders conversation. I would expect a place where a meal for two is likely to exceed a few hundred dollars would have a minimal dress code of some kind. I’m not expecting a coat and tie as I regularly wear collared shirts and nice jeans, just not shorts and flip flops. Despite leaving with a full stomach, the disappointment lingered, making me question if the only distinction between Fleming’s and the more affordable chain was the white tablecloths and a meal priced three times higher. My experience at the previously mentioned French restaurant downtown was more what I would have expected from a fine dining establishment. EDIT: as requested by the note below, I submitted a similar message to the site provided. I received an email from the restaurant that I assume was from a person in management but when I replied with a few questions it wasn’t answered—even after two months now.

Flemings Steakhouse in Tulsa is an exceptional dining experience. From the moment you walk through the door, you are greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The decor is elegant and sophisticated, creating the perfect ambiance for a special occasion or a night out with friends. The steak at Fleming's is simply unparalleled. Each cut is expertly prepared and cooked to perfection, with a rich, full-bodied flavor that will leave you wanting more. The steak is a must-try, featuring a variety of cuts that showcase the best of what Fleming's has to offer. The filet mignon was particularly memorable, with its tender texture and bold, beefy flavor. But the steak isn't the only star of the menu at Fleming's. The seafood tower is also a standout, with a variety of fresh, succulent seafood options. The lobster tail was particularly impressive, with its delicate and buttery flavor. The tower also included shrimp, tuna tartare and crab legs, all of which were cooked to perfection and beautifully presented. The service at Fleming's is impeccable. The waitstaff are attentive and knowledgeable, and they are more than happy to make recommendations and answer any questions you may have about the menu. The wine list is extensive and features a range of options to complement your meal. In conclusion, Fleming's Steakhouse in Tulsa is a dining destination not to be missed. The steak and seafood tower is a must-try, and the service and atmosphere are top-notch. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply looking for a delicious meal, Fleming's is sure to impress.
