I Will never go there again and i have been coming here every year for my birthday back when it was first called Oz for all my smoking needs. From pipes to bong and room spray and insects i will spend a couple hundred at a time. But after the rudest guy telling me to not spray the room spray unless I was going to buy it. There usually tester and I tested 3 room sprays and this dude rudely says to me the candle smells like the room spray so don't need to spray it unless you're going to buy it. I told him not all of them smells the same as the candles Does like these 2 I just tried and they don't smell the same as the candle he says yeah well don't spray it unless you're gonna buy it. I was gonna stock up for the year which i will by 10 at a time but 1, 1sec spray is not going to waste it and if it's that big of a deal put a sign up. So I put it down and won't get anymore of my supplies from them I will take my business else where.

Ive been going here for two years for pipes. Our favorite one (the only one that has a name!) is from this shop. AND IM NEVER SHOPING HERE AGAIN!!! The place was about to close and they let us know the min we walked in and every 5 mins after. The lady at the register should be in the back she seemed annoyed and bothered by everyone and everything I asked her about some crystals to see what they were specifically all she said was they're crystals and that's it.
