I specifically give this one star to the fairly new employee Devon Bufford. He has been extremely rude from day 1 Iāve never experienced a level of rudeness and unprofessionalism in the 3 years I been coming to this company. Iāve always got a family friendly vibe from everyone else but this guy is completely the opposite. He insulted my intelligence multiple times! And the first day I came in the store and finished up my paperwork for new furniture he gave me a rude handwritten script quoting āIf you donāt make a payment I will come take my thingsā in front of customers along side much more and it made me very uncomfortable Iāve never heard an experienced anything like that at this location. He puts me on hold every time I call and always gives a passive aggressive energy towards me heās even rude to his employees from what Iāve seen coming in the store. He even once used a racial slur the other day when I called in to make a payment at that moment I had to express my feelings and tell him Iāll no longer tolerate the disrespect and I didnāt wanna speak with him when I call in anymore. He then put in the wrong card information purposely and said it went through knowing it didnāt based on the false information he provided. I got a call today and was told I didnāt make a payment and thatās when I knew he purposely did that so I decided to share my experience. Devon Bufford Needs to be out of the store for a better experience for employees and customers. Again this is a great location and great people but Devon Bufford makes it very uncomfortable to call in or walk in the store he has the worst customer service I ever seen at...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOrdered a recliner Sunday night. First time customer. Delivery said 1-3 days. I call Monday and am told they can deliver it the following day between 3-5. It is now 5:37. They refuse to answer the phone. I had to call the corporate office. And a corporate manager is supposed to reach out to me within 24hrs. š I'm so annoyed. Not to mention I had to leave work early. š I supposed to be paying bi weekly on something I don't even have yet. They didn't even answer for their own corporate office!!! So now my whole account is going to be taken over by their corporate account team... I just wanted to sit down after working all day. Update- they are still trying to charge me card. I still recieved no recliner. I got a call 15 minutes before they closed and was told to beat it up there so I could sign additional paper work etc. At first I was like ok, then I started to feel that it was a very odd situation. I called corporate again to verify if this was a normal thing. They said that some locations are franchises(this one is), but unfortunately the location was not open... and I wouldn't be able to do it anyway. I told him I was frustrated enough at this point. And demanded that my "account" be canceled and that they refund what they have already charged me. I was told I would have to go to the store for this as well, "why I paid through your corporate website". They informed me that corporate can not do anything about it at this point. Now I have to take time out of my day after a doctor's appointment tomorrow to go in person and...

Nothing for 2 days then I decided to reach out. still nothing then on the 3rd day i called the store. Store manager stated he was busy. he has so and so day available for delivery. i chose the following Monday. as it got later nothing then got a text that I needed to call the store. Well my items had been broken I need to choose something.. I chose something else was told out of stock. None other the other options I wanted they had. Eventually i got picture of something i went ahead and took. was told Thursday would be my delivery date between 1-5 i called @ 12 to confirm today was the day.. they said yes and 4:45 came still nothing I ended up having to go to another store to pick up my items. and I was disappointed with the customer service. NO BED frame. It took over a week to get my items only because I chose to pick up. I had to be on them or they keep charging me was told id get a refund for for what they charged never...
