Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Tulsa

UPDATED REVIEW SO NOT ORDER FROM THE WORST PIZZA HUT IN EXISTENCE!!!!! Tonight we ordered 4 pizzas, i went to pick them up and 1 wasn't even made. My wife's pizza has the wrong sauce so now she gets to wait for another one to be made. The last time we ordered from them I went to pick up the order and it wasn't even started. They had 1 person there so I said i would wait. 20 minutes later she said she's starting ours now. After 20 more minutes I start noticing that people who ordered theirs well after mine was adopted to be done were walking out with their food. I asked her again if I'm getting mine and she claims she has to make them as they're ordered in the order they come in. I tell her these people walking out with their food didn't order until I had already been there for over 30 minutes (i know this by looking at the screen saying when am order is ready). She tells me again she's starting it now. I tell her forget it and went somewhere else to feed my family much later than I should have had to due to incompetence. My wife made a complaint and was sent an email saying that someone would reach out to her. After a week, no response so she reaches out again. And here we are 3 months later and still no response

I went in about a week ago for a doordash and the blonde mangers was extremely rude I waited for the my phone notifications that pizza was ready when I went inside the blonde lady with obvious drug issues was having a bad day I guess dealing with another customer because the card machine was not working and when I ask if my order was ready she scoffed, rolled her eyes and slammed/threw the pizza on the counter and when she did the ranch and everything on top of box fell on the ground and she left to back. It was very unprofessional and the GM needs to control her mangers or get retraining because that was the rudest experience I ever had will not be back and will tell everyone I know that as long as they have rude / unprofessional workers to go to a different pizzahut/pizza place💯 if your in customer service the first and foremost important thing is the customer and if the blonde manger cant Handel customer service she need to either retraining or to be fired! as long as she there acting rude because she coming down or whatever yall will continue to lose business all because people want to be rude to customers when it there job again WILL NEVER BE BACK BECAUSE IF...

Ordered online and didn’t realize I turned the order in as a pickup so I called and ask them to please change it to delivery. So the guy that I spoke with told me it was going to be almost 5 bucks for delivery so okay no problem he fixed it then after hanging up my husband looks at what the pizza cost and realized they charged 12.95 for the delivery fee not 5$ . So I told him I would call after they delivered to see if they made a mistake because we always order the big box and it’s never been 50$ . Well go figure the delivery driver shows up and tells me I owe 28$ and some change hmmm I was like no way , I was charged 50$ already and that’s not right either. She called her manager and guess they realized it was a mistake and she dropped the pizza off and left. Never an apology or anything how they could fix it so guess what … I will no longer order from Pizza Hut again even as much as I love the big box with Alfredo sauce pizza simply because I don’t like it well enough to be charged at least 15 bucks more than we ever pay for it, plus left a tip for the driver.
