I used to recommend this place to everyone. They have low prices. They do deals. But today I went in with my roommate & we spent $65 on disposables alone. One of them was out of the $5 bin. The bin itself was full of empty packages & faulty e cigs that had obviously been traded out by previous customers. The one I picked out lit up & produced smoke, but the smoke was from the filter burning. There was absolutely no fluid in it. It tasted horrible. I asked the guy working (a different guy than I've dealt with literally any other time) to let me switch it out & he refused. Not only was he rude about it, but he was also laughing -almost like he knew he was getting one over on us- He acted like I might be lying... but why would I do that? We spent $60 on nice disposables & my roommate was vocal about not liking the flavors but did not & would not have asked to switch them out because we are well aware that's not how it works. However- the ones in the $5 bin are clearly being gone through & the faulty ones are being switched out. His attitude was very much unappreciated as was his unprofessional behavior. I left it on the counter & told him just to throw it out. I know it's only $5 but after spending $60 on other vapes & even more money on a few other things, the least he could have done is not have been rude. I don't think asking to switch it out was asking too much either. I wasn't trying to take the one I chose & another. I have bought almost every single disposable I've used here for the past year & have sent plenty of friends there to buy theirs, but after today I will never go here again & I will never...
Read moreThey sold me a fake BiC lighter that lasted all of 24 hours before it randomly shot its flint wheel, flint, and flint spring at supersonic speed⌠This is a serious safety concern as the quality of these fakes are so poor they tend to catastrophically deconstruct themselves when in use. BiC confirms this lighter to be a fake by identifying the âJet valveâ to be different than what their manufacturing uses, the gas release or âForkâ is made of cheap plastic that easily melts unlike real BiC Lighters that have a metal Fork with only a small piece of plastic press fitted where your thumb touches it, and finally the bottom of the lighter has a different type of plastic than what BiC uses and there is no metal ball in the bottom fill hole because the spot where the manufacturer would have filled the lighter with fuel doesnât actually have a hole in it but rather its one solid plastic piece that is not âweldedâ in place as required by BiCâs manufacturing standards. These fake BiC lighters have less than half the fuel and even less safety for the user. It probably wouldnât have mattered to me so much if it werenât for the fact theyâre selling them for the same price as real BiCâs that last much much longer and are...
Read moreLargest selections of bongs and pipes I have seen in a while. I didn't get a chance to look at the prices since I am below 21. Since there are zero nicotine tobacco products in-store, people below 21 years of age are allowed in the store, which is awesome for me because I can't go in a lot of smoke shop places now since the new law went into effect. The employees are real chill and nice, professional. The store is clean and organized. There are all kinds of vapes and other things too, but their bong collection on the right wall when you walk in is pretty cool. Definitely people to come by and check it out when they have the time and need...
