QuikTrip — Restaurant in Tulsa

Kayla WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I ASKED what the max cash back was i wanted to avoid atm fee and needed 40.00. kayla said i can only do it one time as I planned to be creative and do 2 seperate transaction. No worries a rule is a rule i will take the 20.00 and find another qt as i didnt need 40 till 5 this evening..

Kayla rang up purchase i said it didnt ask for cash back she said you have to tell me. UH MAAM I DID WE HAD A WHOLE DISCUSSION BUT IF THERE WAS CONFUSION YOU BEING THE PROFESSIONAL SHOULD HAVE FOLLOWED UP AND CLARIFIED "DO U WANT THE 20") BUT U WERE BUSY BEING HATEFUL. i asked for the items to be refunded. now ring them up again ans give me my 20. and u making me wait longer as you range up other people didnt bother me at all other people should not have to wait howevee u should have came back to me after u rang up the 1st PERSON THIS MAY NOT BE THE JOB FOR YOU SWEETHEART... This QT was SORRY before I even started!! I asked what time the Mac n Cheese was expiring. They said 8:28. It was 8:07. So, I knew it was already dried out. I ordered fresh at the kiosk. She pulled one from the ready made. The guy said, "She wants fresh" I said, y'all should go ahead & pull those now, they are dried out. Oh we can't pull them till 8:28. 🙄 okay.. So, I ask for my Mac to be browned & have that little crisp from the oven. Ohh that's not us, we can't do that. That's the oven. Every oven is different! Woe!! No! I believe QT has perfected the Mac! I've had it at several QT's & unless someone doesn't follow the instructions..aka too much cheese or not cooked long enough. It's pretty consistent & very good! She rushed it & slung it hot in the bag. Not cooked long enough & no browning on top. They were also out of cup lids & everyone looked & acted like high school students. They lacked customer service skills at...

After an afternoon at Tulsa Tough, we stopped at this station on our way home and ordered a Vegetable sub on whole wheat with mustard instead of Ranch dressing. The young lady was coating it with mustard when I stopped her half way, and she spread that amount over the rest of the sub. When we were on I44, my wife opened the sandwich and found it absolutely soaked in mustard. She removed what she could with napkins, but not enough to save the sandwich. What could have been a great sandwich now tasted only of mustard. Soaking a sandwich with a condiment is not a great idea...you need to train your people not to waste ruin a sandwich with too much of...
