Catrina Fresh Mex — Restaurant in Tulsa

Every single time I go to Catrina's I am continually disappointed. First time I went, I asked for an item to be taken off my food, and it was not. Got home, called, they refunded, but still just a waste of my time. I keep hearing good things, so I go back. I get a steak breakfast burrito. It's a big burrito, but proportional to the price. The ingredients were medium to low quality, I've had better meat at fast food places. Today I decide to visit the Peoria location. I go in, see someone sitting down, and nobody at the counter. I wait, until another patron comes in, and then I start yelling "hello" into the kitchen. Then the guy sitting in the dining room comes to the register. He couldn't have tried to help me the whole time? He just sat there and watched me mindlessly look around instead of helping the customer. Order my food, get home, and it's just loaded in onions. Who puts onions on a quesadilla?! Never in my life have I ever. Anyway, I keep giving this place chances, and they continue to disappoint over and over. Between service and food quality when I did get to have my food, it's a 1/10 from me dawg. Especially when I spend $25+ for my meal, I expect quality service and quality...

I go to the Catrina’s on Sheridan and used to go to the one on Lewis before the one on Peoria opened… the one in Peoria sucks. You call to put in your order no one answers. Find you drive to go through the drive thru THATS WHY I GO TO CATRINAS FOR THE DRIVE THRU so I don’t have to get out of my car or else I would go to a taco truck with much better food! But no one even comes to the window to take your order and you are just waiting there for 10 minutes. So you call like 10 times before someone finally answers the phone. So I let them know I am in the drive thru. Lady comes giving me attitude talking about I need to get out of my car and go inside to order because she’s the only one. Well then CLOSE THE DRIVE THRU. I ordered food over the phone. They called back and said they no longer could make Birrias because they ran out of it. Ok fine, I ordered something else, no biggie.

They told me it would only take 15 mins for my order.

I get there 15-20 mins later and there’s 2 cars in front of me waiting for their food and 3 people inside.

Nothing moves for like 10 mins.

I call, no pick up. I get out of my car to go inside, the doors are locked.

The guy at the window was pissed and the passenger got out the car and checked both doors and they were locked.

I left and didn’t even get a call back for the food which speaks volumes about how much they don’t care.

Whoever works here sucks.

Horrible employees you have… and if the owner is always there you have a HORRIBLE system in place.
