The poor ratings that have been given are problems that are few and far between. When you have a company that has literally exploded in sales as this company has, you can only do what you can. The bracelets are pretty but the ones that have a charm connected by an o-ring, will destroy any lace on your clothes. They don’t weld them closed so they catch on everything!!
