I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this hairstylist. It's truly disheartening because the shop itself is incredible, and Sharon and Tasha are both fantastic hairstylists. However, the stylist I encountered was a complete embarrassment to the profession. Her unprofessional behavior and lack of skill made a mockery of the entire establishment.

This stylist's demeanor and conduct were nothing short of ghetto, making herself and the shop look incredibly unprofessional. It was beyond embarrassing to witness her inability to act appropriately in a public setting. Her refusal to acknowledge her mistake and her defensive, threatening attitude were a disgrace to the hairstyling profession.

While I will give credit where it's due and note that the stylist is quick at braiding, it's important to emphasize that speed alone does not make up for the lack of attention to detail, customer satisfaction, and professional conduct that should be expected in this industry. It's essential for hairstylists to prioritize quality over speed and to ensure that their clients' wishes are respected and fulfilled. My daughter got her hair washed cut and styled and it was beautiful. I loved it my daughter loved it, it was her first time in the chair and she made my daughter feel comfortable they even shared a few laughs and after the styling she showed me how to care for it to make it last longer. I also came and got my hair braided by Nikki and she did a awesome job I loved my goddess braids and I didn't come out the pocket for the style which is another thing I loved. Okay folks, so I went to the salon today thinking they'd have to cut all my hair because I stopped combing it and just rocked a ponytail(don't judge me).🤦🏾‍♀️ I made peace with being bald-headed.
