There was only one guy there when I went, it was close to closing ....Wish I could remember his name...(can't remember mine), but He was Great...just a guy sitting at a desk with tools, etc. I brought in a several year old LG that had a couple of issues, I was told at other places, I'd have to wait... they'd have to order parts. He had them. I sat there at the desk with him having a friendly conversation about music, particularly Leon Russell, while he carefully took my phone apart & fixed it, even fixed something he found that the place that I'd taken it to before didnt do & would cause problems...All in 45 mins or so & tried to charge me less than he quoted on the phone...I was so impressed with him & their business, I had to insist on paying him the price quoted, which wasnt much, plus made him take a tip. Absolutely definitely recommend this place I've never heard them before today I was going to go through phone geek as we usually do. But I was uncomfortable with going to somebody's home in their garage which is what they're doing right now obviously reasons we all know. Anyhow it was going to take them a few hours or in this case as late as it was it would have been overnight for $45. I decided to go ahead and call a few other places that are open which was only a few and I called this place and not only was it a fair price it was $5 more but it was worth it I got here 20 minutes before they closed they were very polite and got my phone fixed in less than 10 minutes maybe 10 minutes if that. I was so thankful because it had the tip of the auxiliary cord stuck in the phone jack. And I only had this phone for a couple weeks I highly highly recommend for anyone and everyone to come to this place you will not regret it it's very worth it...

I first found them on tiktok and decided to give them a shot at repairing 2 of my phones! The first was an 8+ that was having issues connecting to WiFi. The second was a 5s that was having screen issues at least that’s what I thought. When they realized it wasn’t just small issues they contacted me immediately to tell me what it was and asked if it was okay to proceed with fixing it. I sent both phones up from Hawai’i and the moment it was done they sent both phones back. The 5s works great again! Unfortunately the 8+ still had an issue with connecting to WiFi but that wasn’t a problem for them! I contacted them immediately and got a response saying to send my phone back up and they will get it working again at no extra charge! Now just awaiting my 8+ to come all the way back to Hawai’i. 100% satisfied with how fast the business responds as well as the great customer service when I brought up that the phones WiFi connection was...
