EDIT: PROCEED WITH CAUTION AND EYES OPEN Now that my 1 year warranty is up, I want to amend my original review. After my engagement ring was sized, the diamonds started falling out. They sized it down from a 7 to a 4 and that caused all the prongs on the sides to be stretched and the diamonds to be less stable within the ring. I think all in all I had six or eight diamonds replaced. After going in a couple of times, the owner tried offering me a new ring. I didn't understand why she kept pushing lab-grown diamonds, but she said I could get something larger if I got lab grown. I looked at several different styles, but I loved the one my fiance chose and wanted to keep it. After the 4th or 5th diamond falling out, the owner offered to custom make me the SAME ring, sized for my finger, but with lab-grown diamonds. At first I thought it was a good deal because she was going to custom make me a ring. Then my fiance pointed out that it was going to be the exact same ring he bought for $1,500. However, lab grown diamonds are worth about half as much as natural diamonds, so we started asking questions. Will this custom ring be worth less than the ring he actually purchased? Why can't you use the natural diamonds in the ring he purchased for the new custom ring? He wanted me to have natural diamonds which is why he purchased natural diamonds. As soon as we started asking questions, the owner called me and withdrew her offer for the custom ring and told me that the warranty was done. I reminded her that the warranty is for one year and only then did she say, "yes, okay, the warranty will be done after the 1-year mark." I could tell after that they didn't really want to work with me, but they remained pleasant and continued to honor the warranty as a couple more diamonds fell out. The warranty is now up. I'm going to include a picture of what the ring looked like upon purchase and what it looks like now since they have repaired it so many times. I'm not saying not to shop there. They have some beautiful pieces. I'm just saying to go in with your eyes open. ORIGINAL REVIEW (summer 2024): I began working with Abby's Jewelry in February 2024 after receiving a diamond ring from my fiance that he purchased there. Because my fingers are so small, I had to size the ring to a size 4. Although the ring is stunningly beautiful, the downsizing of the ring caused the diamonds to become unstable in their prongs and some of them have fallen out, despite me not wearing the ring to bed or in the shower or while working out and only during the daytime. However, all of the staff at Abby's have been incredibly helpful and understanding. They have fixed the ring multiple times already and since this has been an ongoing issue, they have agreed to work with me to get a different ring that will work better with the small size of my fingers. I would highly recommend Abby's jewelry to anyone looking to have a good experience and to form a relationship. That is their goal at Abby's; to create long lasting relationships through quality service and products. Make sure to keep your receipt, though! The receipt for my ring has disappeared and I will likely not be able to get a full value exchange. So snap a picture of that receipt and keep it in your phone, ladies (or gents for those who are purchasing an engagement ring for your lady)!

I first stopped at Abby‘s jewelry when they were over promenade mall, from the moment I Walked in the customer service was a 10+ for me. They didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t want, but they sold me what I wanted. They helped me find what I wanted. They were honest with their opinions as to what piece of jewelry looked good to me and what didn’t they help me? Find the right piece of jewelry that was perfect for me from From inside to the Outside from how my heart felt about it to how my soul felt about it. This past few weeks in March my fiancé had gotten Went bought my engagement ring I ring I found a rose gold with the touch of classy to it vintage. I loved this ring so much, but the ring had some sharp edges in the design and was rubbing my finger and just this week first week of April I went in just explained to them what was happening and showed them. The The customer service was up and beyond. They were so understandable. They help me With a one time exchange on my ring and help me find once again the most perfect ring that fit my personality that made my heart happy my soul, happy and very honest with their opinion, and then they know how to read their customers and know what makes their customers happy. I recommend them up and beyond on a scale of one to 10 I give them a 10+ plus plus. Family owned local owned. That’s what I love..

I recently went to Abby’s to purchase an engagement ring for my Fiancée. Upon arrival I was greeted by Abby’s lovely Daughter, “Nor” and her Son, Abdul. I let them know what I was looking for “style wise” and they gave me many options and recommendations and, ultimately, helped me put together a Gorgeous wedding set for my beloved! My family and friends were AMAZED at the overall clarity and beauty of the diamond stones and set! It is truly dazzling. But let me tell YOU, my friend, the reader… If you are looking for (A) the best, personalized SERVICE, (B) QUALITY of workmanship and superior Diamonds, plus (C) EXCEPTIONAL VALUE - My ring appraisal came back at an insurance value more than DOUBLE the cost of what I paid (they TRULY DO sell at 50% of retail!) then you MUST visit Abby’s. No matter what you’re looking for, if it’s a wedding set, watch repair or battery replacement, necklace, pendant, Cash for gold trade in, or just a pretty little something for yourself!! You cannot go wrong with Abby’s! They fit EVERY budget! Tell them Pete sent you!

I first visited Abby's a few years ago with a friend who sold some gold items to Abby's. He had spoken very highly of them and will not do business with anyone else. I was first impressed that he was met and greeted by his name by Abby and her son not only on that visit but several others as well. I was greeted and introduced to them and made to feel very welcome and at home, while browsing. I looked aa couple items and was blown away when I was given a discounted price that was more than reasonable. That being said, I married the live of my life September 3rd, 2024. Knowing we were still going to purchase either a band or ring guard. I went straight to Abby's Jewelry. I looked at ring guards first when her husband maid a suggestion of putting two beautiful diamond bands, one on each side. It looked absolutely gorgeous. My husband and I went back at a later date to purchase the bands and had the pleasure of Abby being in that day. After hearing what had been discussed. She showed me the bands and explaining why and how to they enhanced the beauty of engagement ring without taking away from it. They look absolutely gorgeous. We were given a price for both bands, putting them together and making all three look like they were made to be together. She and her family take great pride in their jewelry, and even more pride in being able to to not only in making a customer happy with such beautiful selections and quality at a price more affordable for each and every customer. A wonderful family owned business with such dedication to each and every customer that comes into their establishment. Abby thank you and your family for having helped us. We are customers for life. Your Jewelry and your crew are absolutely beautiful....

I walk my dog to a grassy area every single time before I walk into any business. I do this to make sure that my service dog takes care of his business. As I get to the door of the business the security guard opens the door and immediately says no dogs then asks well is it a service dog and I said at that point irritated can you read (because he's wearing a harness that states Mobility alert dog, service dog in large bold letters and yes at this point I'm irritated). I did apologize. Abby says, Please come iny allergic a little bit allergic. You either are or you are not. The standard question you asked someone when they have a service dog is what service they provide. Not are they a service dog wrong question specifically. Then my silver of course is not worth anything but $20 and I'll take it because I'm about to have a cut-off notice and I don't qualify for any of the DHS help that they're offering as a retiree on Social Security I have no children living in my house. So I'm certain that I'm not making enough money off of the silver that I have brought in that they're offering me. The next question is, after I'm handed my $20 bills, do I have a bag for the poop behind their building. I said yes I do, and I go to hand it to them but it's not my dogs poop. I told them check the cameras behind their building they could see that he peed over by the no parking anytime sign. Thank you abby. For the 20 that probably won't keep my lights on but it'll at least pay something on my bill, I hope you find the dog that pooped behind your building because sure as hell wasn't mine. Please trainee your staff what the appropriate wording to ask person entering with...
