Johnny of Loco Concrete has earned my highest recommendation. His crew of four men did an excellent job of replacing the sidewalk leading to our house, covering the poor-quality flagstone on our patio and installing a small pad for our outdoor needs. His crew were very knowledgeable, courteous, professional and efficiently worked well together. They answered all my questions as I was present during the entire job. They also corrected the slope of our patio providing better drainage. During the job, several unexpected issues were discovered (e.g., needed much thicker concrete than expected for both the sidewalk and patio). Loco concrete poured my family a 48’x48’ slab to build a house. It included a 2’x2’ footing. A 1’ stem wall with a 4” slab. We used 2” rigid foam insulation under the slab along with a vapor barrier. The footing, stem, and slab all includes rebar. It is rocky where I live and his team had zero problems digging the footing except for running into a tree stump. They solved that problem and any others they had they ran into during construction. They do accurate work. The foundation is square, level and plumb. Before choosing loco I contacted several big concrete names in Tulsa but ended up choosing him because he is gets shit done.
