I’m extremely disappointed with this establishment. I had my pearls restrung here not even two years ago. I was driving down the road this week and my pearls just fell off my neck. It looks like the end knot just came undone. I took them back to get them to retie the end knot and they wanted to restring the entire set. These were not pulled on, snagged, nor did it break off, they simply unraveled and fell off! I’m so disappointed with the quality of service provided here. When they told me they wanted to restring I went and picked them up and if I’m honest I don’t think they would have informed me that’s what they wanted to do if I hadn’t called to check on them. These pearls are extremely sentimental to me. My mother who is now passed gave them to me when I was 17. I wear them everyday. They are by no means in prestige condition as they are everyday pearls. I have had them for 15 years. Around 13yrs old they were broken in the middle from being pulled and had to be restrung. I shopped around and found this establishment to be the cheapest and quickest place to get the job done. You get what you pay for, I will be getting a second opinion and if they do indeed have to be restrung this place will not touch them. These pearls were very durable until this establishment got their hands on them. I’m extremely disappointed in their performance as well as customer service. If you have pearls run from this place. Quicker and cheaper is not better, now I will be paying twice. I will add when I first had them serviced they took off one of the pearls due to a slight blue tint. They never called me to see what the customer preferred. I tried to be respectful of their professional opinion but removing the one Pearl made my necklace shorter and I was not happy. I would have preferred them to put said Pearl on the end of the necklace where it came from. I left it alone and let it go. However since my pearls not even two years later have unraveled I no longer can just let it go. They lasted me 13 YEARS and I never had this problem before. Today I was pleasantly greeted by Suzy as I entered Sydney’s Jewelry of Tupelo, MS. She inquired about my interests for today’s visit and immediately assigned me to Eli and Jared who are all associated with National Rarities. The professionalism, kindness, attention to details and patience while working with me was simply impeccable. I was able to sell a few of my treasured pieces and I truly believe that my offer from them was gracious and more than fair. They took their time while inspecting my pieces and were very kind with the details of their findings. After closing the sale, they introduced me to the owner of Sydney’s……Sydney herself!!! I am almost 61 years old and I made my first jewelry purchase at the age of 18. I’ve bought and sold jewelry all over the place. In all of my years, when I’ve needed repairs, I’ve only encountered jewelry “repairMEN.” Today I learned that Sydney makes her own repairs in her own store…..that’s simply awesome!!! When I say she ROCKS…..she ROCKS!!!! When I am in need of future treasures, trust me…..I will gladly stop by to shop...

Wonder service! I had my wedding band repaired, once I got there to pick it up she asked me told a moment bc another stone had just fallen out. She had me fixed up with in short time. Once I got down the road I looked again and another stone had fallen out! I took it back right as they were closing and she fixed it once again for me in no time. She did a wonderful job on my repairs and had wonderful customer service skills. I feel like most people would have asked me to come back the next day since they were packing up to go home… but not Sydney’s! I know they were ready to go home and I truley appreciate her taking that extra time to fix my ring for me! Will definitely recommend...
