Before purchasing the genetic blood test package with 24hr next day results, we confirmed multiple times that I would in fact be receiving the results the following day, and she said it did not matter what time I got the blood work done. Long story short I did not receive my results 24 hours after, in fact I had to wait three days which was very disappointing because I was in contact with her and asked multiple times when I would be getting my results and she said worst case scenario I’d be getting my results two days after. With her confidence that I’d be getting my results that day, I had my husband take the day off of work. I hadn’t heard from her as promised, so I checked in and when I did she said results come in between 4-8.. well that day she closed early so again, no results even after promised. Three days after my blood work I finally was able to pick up our gender reveal cannons but I had to go to her house to pick them up from her porch. She just didn’t seem sympathetic or willing to refund us for the rush/felt as if she was bothered by helping me get what we paid for. I can’t express enough how much of an amazing experience we had at Hello Baby! The technician we had was kind, sweet, very caring, and just sooo amazing! She made me feel beyond happy, very comfortable, took her time, and got the best pictures of our little girl! I can’t wait to be back for the 4D pictures. I just have to say Katie at Hello Baby is the most compassionate, caring, and sympathetic, and wonderful person I have ever met! She went above and beyond to reassure me and my fears! I reached out to her on instagram to ask her questions because my doctor was trying to say my pregnancy was ectopic and I was so scared, my doctors weren’t giving me answers, and Katie took the time to answer all of my questions and got me in within 2 days for an ultrasound with her where she immediately saw my baby and all my fears were just gone!
