I had system installed about a year and a half ago. I had my system for a few months and one of my speakers on the front passenger side blew. I took it in and they replaced it free of charge no questions asked. Just recently the same speaker blew so I went in and spoke with a different guy who said that unfortunately since it was the same speaker the warranty wouldn't cover it. He said that he would not charge for labor, but since I wasn't ready to purchase a pair of speakers right then I said ok and that to was that. So about a week later I was having trouble getting my new phone to pair with my receiver so I went in and this time the guy that replaced my speaker the first time was working and without me even mentioning the the blown speaker he brought out my old speaker and they had discussed the situation and figured out the cause. He showed me the old speaker and the water damage. So he said there was no point in replacing the speaker until the weather stripping was fixed.
