La Perla Tapatia — Local services in Turlock

I ordered the Chili Verde plate and it was ok, but I ordered 3 tacos with carne asada on the side and it's been a while since I had them from here but last time I ordered them before ordering them here was at the La Perla Tapatia in Modesto.

Anyways I seem to remember the taco's having poor carne asada that was a little too crispy charred and I also seem to remember them tasting strongly like fish. Carne Asada shouldn't taste like fish and did and does at both location's Turlock and Modesto. When I got the tacos to my recollection, sure enough they tasted and smelled like some really fishy tasting fish. Only the first taco however. The other two didn't seem to taste like fish but I don't know if it was just that my taste buds adapted to the fishy tasting carne asada or what.

Anyways long story short the Chili Verde was just ok but the taco's were terrible I could barely stomach them to finish eating them and probably should have just thrown them out.

Also I would like to add that the Chili Verde I ordered from La Perla Tapatia in Hughson was amazingly good.

So yesterday my friends and I went in for some food before work, and the lady who served us was not only rude, but it also seems as if she got annoyed or mad when we stared speaking to her in English. I asked to get some sopes and this lady was slapping the toppings on top on my food. She also seemed annoyed when I asked her not to put any hot sauce on my food. I don’t understand what we did to be treated this way... mind you that we where being super polite to her. When my friend went back to ask for a fork (Because she didn’t give us one) she told him “why didn’t you ask for one when I rang you up?” I hate to go to this extreme but I hope she wasn’t being racist *( we are white). Sadly but surely I won’t be eating...

My meat was bad and always it's the same meat pork!!!! Most of the time I have to smell it before I get out from the store but this time I send my husband he doesn't know.. I went back to return it and I forget the ticket even only pass an 1hr the supervisor was really mean and he want me to take more meat from there I just was really upset I am pregnant and I always check my meat before eating, my husband send my the picture from for ticket and the supervisor doesn't accept it he make me go back to my House just to give me my money back even the bag has the time and the price someone need to checkout...
