I shopped around a lot to compare prices. I knew exactly the bedroom set I wanted. I came in on a Sunday and was given a quote by Alma. She was busy with other customers. I got her card. She then mentioned that if I was shopping around she'd beat anybody's price. That got me!! Following Sunday I came in to do the purchase. Was helped by Martha. I ordered a beautiful king bedroom set for a maser bedroom we built. We financed and gave cash as well. She did want to do the financing on her own and then call me if I got approved because she had customers I was like no I can wait I rather finish the paperwork. She said she'd call to let us know when they would be here. I asked her an estimate arrival she couldn't give me one. The set arrived on Thursday but no mattress they asked me if they can still deliver them then return with mattress later. I said ok. they delivered and set up for a fee. There was a piece missing to build the bed so that would be ordered. It took 3 weeks and 5 days for matress to arrive from initial purchase. They never gave me an estimate onoon Mattress, that they'd call. So that the only thing I believe they need to let customers know estimates that's important.
