El HIDALGUENSE TACOS TRUCK — Restaurant in Turlock

My family and I have been going to this taco truck for about 10+plus year. We’ve always dealt with Aaron and now we deal with the new lady on the weekends. We love their service and their food.

Aaron knows my order by heart and the lady now does too.

We love their pastor it’s on a tronco and when they cut it up they cook it well done and crispy just how I like it.

Their salsa is so good. The tortillas are yellow corn and packed with meat. This taco truck makes your tacos how they should be be. With rábanos, grilled onions jalapeños and a wedge of limon.

The quesadillas are well made and always have tomatoes, lettuce, avocado, sour cream, salsa and jalapeños.

The burrito supremes are always grilled on the outside and packed with food.

Their tortas remind me of México.

Took a very long time for food to get out on the other hand my girlfriend ordered a vegan burrito with no sour cream and no meat, however they put extra sour cream in the burrito and put meat in the burrito my girlfriend is allergic to dairy and we were just passing by from down south and we grabbed our food to go and we planned on eating at the hotel so by the time we got to the hotel that’s when we seen the burrito I tried giving a phone call a few times and it goes to voicemail. Amazing place to stop by if you love tacos. Great service they have two tables available for you to sit down & enjoy your meal fresh. It's also an economic place were you could bring the whole family or a date I have tried almost everything on the menu my personal favorite would be the supreme burrito of carne asada with 4 chicken tacos.
