Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Turlock

I orderd from pizza hun on lander in Turlock. Each time i order from them i spend $200 plus and they got my order wrong the last 3 times. The first two times they gave me compleatly different wings then the ones i orderd so i stopped ordering from them for a while because i recieved attitude. I just decided to order again they for got my sodas. I call to tell them and the girl says i have to wait an hour. I told her to give me refund and she says ill be put on credit. of course im mad about the not 1 not 2 but 3rd situation and she has the audacity to have attitude, refuses to give me her name and refuses to let me talk to a manager. I told her i will go in to the store and get the information i need and she is beging rude telling me to come on down i aint geting anything. I don't recommend going here they're rude and unprofessional and have no basic customer service skills. I will definitely not be ordering...

Ive become a fan of Pizza Hut on Lander Ave in Turlock for four main reasons (not just because they are less expensive then competitors).... heres why....:

#1 I love the Meaty Marinara Pasta (always fresh and flavorful)

#2 I appreciate that they are always curteous. Even when busy, its a standard practice by all employees.... as far as i can tell.

#3 They always deliver within the time they say they will. Which in my experience is 30min never have they quoted an hr or more.

#4 Last but not least.. (this is a big one for me since no one else offers this service) they accept delivery orders down to the last minute closing which weekdays Sun-Thurs is 11pm & 12am Fri & Sat (i can spend $13 on a pasta & breadstick...

Pizza was great! Service was poor. I ordered online and requested curb side pickup. When I arrived I parked in the designated area and called the number shown. I gave my name and vehicle description and waited, and waited and waited. After about 18min (multiple had come and gone) when I saw a worker leave to deliver a pizza and return i knew something wasn't right. I decided to go inside and ask about my order. They lady let me know that the gentleman who took my phone call didn't catch my name. So instead if him coming out to see what my order was, they just kept me waiting. I questioned why they didn't come out and didn't really receive why not. I really don't see me returning to this location...
