Off Center Thrift & Gift — Local services in Turlock

I came into this shop recently and purchased 2 pairs of glasses, one from Gucci, and one from Louis Vuitten, each for 100$. They were both counterfeit (fake) glasses. I assumed that such a business would at least attempt to vet their products for counterfeits before selling them, and I was wrong.

I attempted to see if I could get a return by messaging them via Instagram message (they did not have a business number that was working or an email to reach out to) because my intention was not to purchase fake glasses.

When I reached out to them through social media, they not only did not respond, but they blocked me.

I wouldnt even have minded a simple "I'm sorry for the situation, but we stand by our no return policy" or SOMETHING like that. The fact that they not only did not respond, but then tried to silence me by blocking me on social media is both immature and unprofessional.

I would not recommend this place if they are going to sell counterfeit items to the Turlock community, because if one item is counterfeit, one has to wonder what else is fake too...
