I wouldn’t recommend the services here , there was lack of communication & they never took our original plan into account which was buying it early , same as cash price, even when they set up our payments and everything.They ended up making us pay over $200 more for a simple bed frame and would’ve payed over $600 more if we hadn’t gone in person to discuss the situation. Rented a lift chair for post surgery and happy it was available. Item was in good condition and delivery went smooth. Customer service fell apart a bit when it came to the end of the rental term. They didn't call a week before the term was up to enquire, as they had stated they would. Didn't show up for pickup as scheduled, but did call to reschedule. 2 weeks later I was just wondering when we'll get the deposit back. Upon enquiry we were told we have to go the store for that. Pretty pushy and invasive employees, I had neighbors tell me they were looking inside the windows of my house when we were away and took out payments that were different from the amount we agreed over the phone which was a huge red flag to me.
