I lost my father and my mother to cancer and both were in hospice so being new to Turlock and being from the Bay area I decided to come here and spend about $60 a week I didn't really need the things that I got but I thought it went to a great cause it's a real shame that I was met with such hostility from the gray-haired lady that seems to be in charge of this place. When I noticed a pretty decorative table on the floor I inquired about it, she said she was pricing things and looked the piece over, turned it upside down etc as I waited patiently. Then, she turned and simply walked away...So, I asked her if she was going to price it. She huffed rudely, as she turned back around, holding up her hands, exclaiming, " No, not right now, I have work to do!" I couldn't believe her response. I left my buggy I had, full of stuff I had chosen, and walked out. It's sad how negative people can be to others for absolutely no reason other than feeling a need to lash out.
