Okay so to start out I took out financing so we could buy a couch. First couch was custom made and took a while to be made. Once it was ready to be delivered, it didn’t fit into our townhouse. The delivery guys wanted to throw it on top of our balcony (no, just no) but we declined. So we chose another soda that wasn’t as wide as the one we had. That one also didn’t fit because of the length. Although I was getting discouraged, the store owner was in constant contact and assured me that he would do anything to make it right (which I highly appreciate) We tried looking into modular sectionals but as it turns out they didn’t have many style options to choose from. Also their prices were a bit ridiculous. I decided that maybe purchasing from here wasn’t going to work out so I let the sales associate know that we didn’t need the financing anymore, because we were not going to be keeping any furniture (because we can’t even get it to fit through the entry way). The sales associate assured me that she would take care of it, and i even asked her if I needed to sign a cancellation form to cancel the financing. So with good faith I trusted her. About a month later I receive a financing bill which I ignored because the owner told me not to worry about it. Then come next month and i receive another bill with a late fee, so I’m started to think that they never canceled the financing charges. I get on the phone with Synchrony Bank and i explained the situation and they let me know I had to dispute the charges. I asked them if any associates had canceled my financing charges and they said NO! WOW I was shocked because I put my good faith in these people and now I’m having to dispute charges for a couch I don’t even have!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Super disappointed and I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Will update if they make this...
Read moreLOVE THIS PLACE!! - My husband and I looked up tons of furniture stores and became skeptical of which one to choose from because of all the bad reviews we read on them. My husband went to this store with some of our daughters and said he was greeted as soon as he got in the door. He found a recliner love seat he wanted, but wanted to wait for me to check this store out before making a purchase. A few weeks later we both go into the store and as soon as I walk in we were greeted by Edgar. Very nice guy with great customer service. Then Alex, the owner, joined us and mentioned that he remembered my husband, because he was the one who helped him the last time he came with our daughters. Long story short, they let us look around and try out all the couches without any pressure until we found the ones we wanted. Alex was very professional and very helpful in helping us find a good fit for us to finance our purchases. Him and Edgar went above and beyond to make sure we received our couches that same week. (We bought our couches on a Tuesday and they arrived that same week on a Friday. Thank you Alex and thank you Edgar!! You guys are mad awesome!! I am truly grateful and highly recommend this...
Read moreNice store for home accessories but special made items not made the best. The workmanship of the products, can be substandard. Every reason possible that Alex gave for not having quality work done, is unprofessional. If the manufacturer is making substandard products, it's time to find another manufacturer.... cutting corners is not the answer. Order was incorrect from the get go but the workmanship made matters worse. Be careful what you buy and examine it carefully.Hidden costs, inefficiencies, poor workmanship....all major concerns. Finally, received product but getting the process done was a major hassle... Price gouging the customer is not a good business trait nor a good business management practice, either. Be aware when shopping...
