It's pretty good. I got a three quarter zip there with my sorority engraved on it but I wanted it to say just the Greek letters without saying the university of Alabama under it but when I got it back they had put both on, I informed them this isn't what I asked for and they said they could do it again and would call me when it's ready. Over 2 weeks go by without word from them so I called. They had no clue where my jacket was and said they must have lost my ticket. They said they would do it again. When I got a call saying it was ready, this time the call was from the owner, I was told that they found the old one and the new one was ready and for all the trouble I could have both. When I went to the store the employee said that no I could only have one so at this point I just took my new one and left. It's a great pull over that I LOVE, just wish I could have got it within the original 3-5 days instead of the next month. But besides my ordeal, they have tons of great sorority and Alabama...
